Valentine's Weekend ((RF))

On the weekend of Valentine's Day (the 13th and 14th), Hogsmeade was hosting a Valentine's festival. Today (Saturday 13th) was the day of the parade: cupids swarmed the streets spreading cheer and spirit, and decorative floats were led by the local businesses. The streets were full of life and rammed full of witches and wizards from across the country, as well as the students of Hogwarts as this was their designated weekend visit. There were various stalls selling Valentines and Springtime merchandise: Honeydukes had a large one selling their chocolates, and The Three Broomsticks were ladelling out their special love-filled brews.

There were carnival rides, games and prizes to be won for 'you and your sweetheart'. As the crowds are thick and the demand is high, there's a lot that could go unnoticed. Still, you're just here to enjoy yourself - right?

Alayna wasn't paying attention until she ran into Lien, quite literally. She reached out and gripped his arm to balance herself so she didn't end up on floor. She laughed a bit and smiled at him, "Hey. I'm good. Better now that I'm home. How are you?"

He started it with Lien, and they already got separated all because he saw a kiosk full of sweets that were triggering his appetite. James didn't know how much of it his boyfriend would want to share with him, but at least he could make sure to bring some to Atticus whenever he'd go visit!

Stuffing his face with some bon-bons, he ended up near two of his cousins.

"That's the spirit..."

Giggling, she touched his collar as he got near the counter, then ran her fingers down and through his tie, pulling it gently towards her. The kiss lingered for a bit longer than some of her other custom. Letting go of him, she smiled languidly at him afterwards.

When she found out about this festival, Phaedra knew that she had to go. What better place for her to meet new people and friends? Maybe her half-siblings would be there too! This was so exciting! She was at one of the kiosks buying a headband that had hearts sticking up. It looked cute!

Cassie blushed a bit as he took her hand and followed him through the crowds, "Yes it is quite crowded. But it's fun." She said smiling at him

He was frowning slightly when he asked: "Are you really back with Rowle? Why? You should have left him."

Klaus kept his eye on her as she toyed with him a bit before he was kissing her back. He matched the level of enthusiasm she gave, no more and no less. He tried to keep control of his thirst as he did so and was successful, "I see why you are so good at what you do."

Alaynas smile disappeared and was replaced with a frown and a crossing of her arms, "Why? So I can be alone until I find someone that's willing to raise two children with me? I don't think so. I love him. And he loves me."

He sighed.

"Don't even know why I came to this crap anyway. Wanna see if we can nick somethin'?"

Once they got close enough to Thalia, Lazar widened his eyes.

"Wuh-what are yuh-you playing?"

Serena stuck her tongue out at him and laughed, "It's fun. How are you not having fun?" She asked with more laughter until he suggested they steal something, "I don't know. I have no interest in stealing from anyone."

He folded his arms as well, not satisfied with her answer. "I thought you'd woken up to how much of a bastard he is, but I suppose you haven't. You're delusional if you think this is what's going to be best for you."

Alaynas frown deepened, "Lien, I'm not having the conversation with you. I don't want to be alone. And I don't see anyone else jumping at the opportunity to be with the pregnant bitch if Hogwarts. I don't see you running to leave James to be at my side. So unless you know something I don't, I suggest you keep it to yourself."

Valentine's was feeling quite lonely for Marilyn that her only satisfaction was that Wade was no longer with Siobhan, but that was old news now. She sat on one of the benches tightly cuddling a teddy bear she bought herself.

Madison grew bored and looked around for someone she knew when she saw the Mackenna boy and some girl. She made her way over to them and smiled at Wade, "Hey there"

Louis had just spent a long while with Victoire and her mushroom chips, but said that he was going to explore around for a little bit. Hee saw Marilyn sat by herself on a bench as he walked down the street, and smiled at her. "Hello Marilyn. Are you all right?" He sat down next to her.

"So you would rather be with someone who is hateful, conceited and violent than be alone?"

He narrowed his eyes.

Looking over to see that Louis joined her, she smiled slightly feeling a bit calmer with his presence. "I'm just feeling alone..."

Why can't she have her own fairytale love story?

Seeing James join them, her smile grew even bigger. "Jamesyyyyyyyy! You just missed baby brotherrrrr, you did! Where's your boyfriiiiiiiiiiiiend?"

She then looked over at her sister. "Where is your boyfriiiiiend toooooooo?"

Just as he turned around, the Veela girl was right in his eyes and he almost felt his knees buckle.

"I could nick somethin' for ya, anythin' ya want. I can do it."

Alayna felt herself shrink a bit as he glared at her, "I don't like you looking at me like that." She then sighed, "He's not like that with me. He never has been and he never will be. We've been over this before, Lien. Please, just drop it. Please...."

Madison giggled a bit and reached out to you h his arm, "That won't impress me. Being a proper man and buying something for me, now that would be impressive. I do love caramel."

Dom pulled James in for a hug before looking at her sister, "I honestly have no idea. I don't even know if he's here. I haven't really seen him much since Christmas." Dominique said with a slight frown
