Roxy felt like the year was already off to a drag for a start, and she didn’t find much joy in that to say the least. She liked things to be exciting, and aside from the apparent mount of hookups that came from the train ride it was still pretty boring. She didn’t get to have that hookup, but she also didn’t go searching for things either.

Who wanted to hang out with the girl who just got of rehab anyway?

She had decided to wonder off to the Room of Requirement to spend some time drinking this random energy drink she’s gotten from Hogsmeade to make for a filler when it came to alcohol. She sat outside drinking it waiting for someone with need to come so she could go and hang out in it.

Amara knew that she needed to find something to do to occupy her time soon! She had been so bored since coming back to school. Why was there absolutely nothing going on? This had to be the most boring school year yet! Even if it had just begun... It didn't matter! She needed to find some sort of excitement at least!

So, she left the dorm room and just started walking around the castle without any real destination in mind. It was always fun to do so because she sometimes ended up finding things that she had never seen before in the castle, it was just so unpredictable. The staircases were constantly moving and she loved the game of chance! She ended up in the hall that held the ROR. She glanced down the hall and saw Roxy sitting where the door to the ROR would appear. A big smile came to her lips, she hadn't seen Roxy in forever it seemed! "Hey Rox!" She called out as she approached the other Gryffindor girl.

Roxy turned when she saw Amara approaching her and a smile came across her face she loved Amara. The two were besties for eternity, and she couldn’t imagine what she’d do without her since most people like to assault her, but Amara just got her. “Hey babes!” she said as she walked over to give her best friend a huge hug, and she spoke. “This year you have to promise me to help me stay clean.” she spoke with a sigh. She knew Amara could be a bad influence, and Roxy wanted to stay sober, but she had fate.

Amara absolutely loved the other young woman, they had been best friends since before Amara could even remember! Even through everything that Roxy had been through, Amara had been there for her in case she needed anything or even just to support her. The only issue was that the two often liked to party together but Roxy wasn't doing that anymore. It was going to be a little odd. But she knew that she wasn't going to lose her best friend over something like rehab! She hugged the other girl back with a big smile on her face. Though, the smile soon morphed into a frown instead. How was she supposed to help her friend stay sober when she didn't like being sober herself? "You know I love you, but I'm not exactly the best at keeping people from trouble..." She said, knowing that she should promise. If Roxy wanted to stay sober then Roxy wouldn't pressure her but she couldn't promise to help either... "I can try to help as much as I can, though." She said, hoping that would at least suffice for now.
