was Ellie’s first night patrolling and she was so fucking nervous. Words couldn’t describe how much she felt her heart dropping right now. She walked down the corridor, and just hoped nothing would happen for her have to enforce any kind of rules right now. This job is something she needs wanted to do well, and it was a relief from her other job.

She kept her eyes out, and liked to believe she was ready for anything. The sound of fireworks though made her want to cry, but she had to be a good prefect. She tried to follow the source, and soon spotted something and she said.

“You can’t be doing that!” she said with a stern tone or at least tone where she tried to sound stern. “It’s against school rules.” hooking they wouldn’t be mad.

Faolan was getting bored being in school already! During the summer holidays he was always able to find something to occupy his time but here at school it was much more of a controlled environment and he was just stuck. Though, he had managed to sneak some small fireworks and things from his father's shop in his trunk and it was now that he brought them out. He hid the things in his pockets until he made it to the prefect bathroom where he planned to set them up to trigger and go off whenever someone entered or exited the bathroom. Only, it didn't make it that far because he ended up setting some of them off before he even got them sat up. Sparks filled the corridor as well as pops and bangs.

Then in the silence, the sound of footsteps caught his attention. He turned to the girl as she informed him that he couldn't be doing what he was. He chuckled. "What are you going to do? Give me detention?" He asked her in a conversational tone. It wasn't like he hadn't ever had detention before.

Ellie would give someone detention if she had since it was apart of her job that she had hated doing. “Yes I would give you detention and take house points,” she tried to say with confidence. She had to be confident or people would find a way to bring her down, but she liked to think her social media self, and her Hogwarts self were two different people. “Why can’t you do that outside?” she asked, not sure if it was a wise prefect response.

Faolan tried not to laugh or even smile when she said she would give him detention and take house points. She seemed to be trying really hard to sound confident about it but was falling a bit short. He didn't point it out though when she went on to ask him about doing this outside. He shrugged his shoulders. "These are made to be safe for inside. My dad makes them, y'know. Would be a waste to take them outside." He explained patiently. "And I was hoping there might be a prefect in the bathroom there that I could give a bit of a fright to." He said with a chuckle.
