Wrong turn (open)

Abeline couldn't believe after 6 years at this place she still managed to get lost. She found herself at some abandoned portion of the castle, no clue where she was going anymore. She frowned and stomped her foot in frustration, "Dang it. Where the hell am I?"

Whatever this place was, it looked like it used to contain Salazar Slytherin's secret stash. It was dark, cold, full of cobwebs: sort of spooky. Ravi wasn't easily perturbed by things, but he didn't really feel like hanging around there for too long: it stank of old mop buckets and musty curtains. Just when he turned the corner, having gazed about in wonderment for a while, he saw Abeline in the same predicament.

"Should we send sparks for a search party?"

He grinned at her.

Abeline was spooked by the sudden voice but relaxed when she saw it was Ravi, "Ravi. You scared me." She said, holding her hand to her chest to try and slow down her heart, "Do you have any idea how to get back to the main part of the castle. I feel like I've been going in circles for hours "

"Sorry. Can't help you. I have no idea."

He was still smiling though.

"Look at this place..." he said, eyeing around the vicinity. "You think this is where they used to do all freaky experiments on students in the old days? Then Slytherin cut off this bit of the castle, vowing that whoever walked down here again would meet a grisly end..."

Abeline frowned and looked around the dark scary corridor, "Th-they didn't really do any of that. I heard that was all just rumors." She said, her voice trembling slightly as she payed with the ends of her hair. That had always been a nervous habit of hers. She didn't want to believe any of the rumors, but part of her brain questioned if any of it had any fact behind it, "We should just try to find our way back."
