Righting A Wrong (Harrison)

Jed read the article and had never been in so much pain. He had one of his hunters bring him the article that left him wanting to have some action done. He was happy to know that Emerald was alive, but he also had plans on getting payback on the Riddle family. Sure he needed to operate in secret, but it was the best that he could do right now as he entered the Fantasy Night Roller Rnk.

The place he knew one man liked to hang out. That was Harrison Jetson.

He glared and began walking over to someone, he really hoped it was Jetson, and not some fucked up goth kid who was here getting high on Xanax. He took a seat and said. "I think we need to talk." really hoping it was the right person, and if not he'd be doing an apology. But right now his family was his priority and trying to keep them safe from anymore harm.

Harrison had been spending a lot more time with Indigo at the roller rink since the events of Valentine's Day. Although they were more able to be together now, there was a lot of paperwork and meetings he needed to attend now that he was served divorce papers. He needed his escape.

He was at the bar drinking and chatting when a man, who he figured was around his age, sat by him. "About what?" Harrison asked before taking a sip of his Shirley Temple.

He crossed his arms as he watched the man intently. "About my daughter." he said eyeing him. Surely he could figure this out as he heard stories about Harrison Jetson.

Harrison eyed him skeptically. He was going to be cautious about this. "And who is your daughter?"

"Emerald Cartwright. I recall your the auror signed to her case?"

Giving the man a grin.

A long story? "How about we take this elsewhere for the time being?"

He said getting up and making his way towards the entrance.

After telling Indigo that he would be back, Harrison followed the other man out. "If you are who you say you are, why doesn't the family know?"

"I have been wanting to tell them, but I know my wife would want to go public." he said with a shrug. He also leaned in and he said. "I also was turned into a vampire."

It was all for their safety, but right now his family needed him.

Harrison gulped hearing the vampire thing before lightly biting his own thumb. "I see..." He really didn't. "I thought it was a long story?"

”Oh it is. My family has a past and people don't like me. As my brother is pretty fucking corrupt.” he said with a huge sigh. ”I thought Emerald was dead until now.”

”You want me to take a DNA test?” he asked with his arms crossed. ”I heard and that my ex wife would probably be using my name.” he sighed.

”I will if you choose to not believe me.” he said quietly.

Hm. How was he going to respond to that? Harrison really wanted to return to the rink with Indigo. "Well, just go down to the Ministry and tell them your intentions. I'm technically off work at the moment, and I'd like to enjoy my spare time."

”You know what enjoy your time. I shouldn't ruin a date.” he said looking at the man, He handed the man the paper if he ever wanted to contact him. ”I do thank you.”

Harrison nodded and stuffed the paper into one of his pockets. He might as well go back inside and let himself be absorbed by the booming disco music.

Jed gave the man a nod and turned to walk away. He got his crystal out and he said.
