Carter had been hyped to visit the festival and enjoy himself. Plus he'd be getting graded for simply showing up and he was all about right now. The male had walked through the festival getting hyped seeing everything pass him, and how excited it made him since he loved events like this. It brought him joy.

He hated school and this was the best escape.

He had walked over to the popcorn stan and got some, and ate a bit of a popcorn. God it tasted so good, and he walked to see all that was here to offer the sixteen year old.
