first time ride [open]

Claudia had never been on a train before. They didn't ride a train to Castelobruxo when they went back to the school for the year as most of their travel was done through the rivers and such that snaked through the jungle or on foot if they couldn't floo in. So, this was all a new adventure for her. She wasn't sure what to think about transferring to a new school in her last year, but now that her parents were gone and her brother had gotten a job teaching at Hogwarts, she had no choice. She was sitting by the window, glancing out of it. The landscape was so different here than the jungles she was used to back home but she guessed that she would just have to get used to it...

Spencer had been resting most of the ride as they had gotten up super early to ensure all of his brothers and sisters along with himself made it on time. What awoke him was his growling stomach and he opened his eyes. He groaned a bit before pulling a muggle chocolate bar out of his bag and ripping it open. He looked over at the girl staring out the window as he took a bite, "You good over there?" He asked, chewing, wondering if she was sick or something. He didn't wanna get sick too.

Claudia was completely oblivious to everything going on around her as she stared out the window. The landscape was nowhere near what she was used to and she found it fascinating. Then a voice rang out nearby and she turned her head once she realized that he was talking to her. ”Yeah, I’m good. It’s just so different here than back home” she said, happy to have someone to talk to since he would be the person she had really met since she was new this year.
