He shouldn't have to fear his anger getting out. It was on rare occasions that he was ever angry, or that his emotions got the better of him. He envisioned the Gryffindor common room as this: an entire swarm of emotions, of tempers, of challenges made to one another and the students of the other houses. Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs were, in his opinion, the weakest of the bunch.

Still - there was this duelling system put in place. He felt compelled to study defensive and offensive strategies, even if he wasn't particularly interested in wizard duels before now. Just because he wasn't short-tempered, it didn't mean the same for everyone else.

He was feeling confident today. When he was feeling confident, he wore white.

"Stupefy."

The long drawl of his voice sounded almost bored, and he watched as the training dummy fell backwards by his spell. If he ever wanted an interesting duel with a worthy opponent, he'd have to dig deeper than just stunning them...

Luna had been worried sick about this new Dueling System. She didn’t believe in combat being a way to solve things and the idea of getting cast with an Unforgivable worried her. She had been doing some reading in a hidden part of the castle so that no one could actually bother her. She loved talking to people, but sometimes talking to people got boring after a while and she wanted to be in her own mind

She was walking in one of the corridors and stopped after hearing someone casting a spell. She hoped no one was being put at harm and such.

She peeeked in and saw a Ravenclaw. “Are you okay?” she asked kindly.
