Although Ilvermorny was even bigger than Hogwarts in size, square footage AND population, Jerrica found herself struggling with the layout of the castle. With the dorm and common rooms, they were all housed in one building that was easy to find. Here? She had to memorize passwords and how to get there. It was so strange and different! On the other hand, Jerrica was appreciating the experience of being at a different school. She loved how each of the houses had their own colors and the quaint buildings down in Hogsmeade. They were so old-fashioned and cute!
Jerrica was trying to find the Gryffindor common room only for the door to not do anything when she spoke the password to it. Huh. Did they change it from the portrait? She opened the door and walked in to a room that was very unlike the Gryffindor common room, yet it had all the colors and some of the ambience of it. What was this? Was there an unannounced renovation?
