Ronnie had been hearing stories from her children about their wonderful cousins, and it hadn’t been good. She loved her nieces and nephews, but she couldn’t stand their mother’s stupid mentality. She always knew Tabby felt like she was better than others, which wasn’t wrong. They were one of the most famous families in America, and had a huge fortune.

She just was tired of the old school practices, and was thankful she had been a vampire since it meant she could find a way into the Cartwright manor. After work, she had decided to pop in to see her oh so wonderful sister. It had been too long, and we’d see how long Ronnie was willing to stay in her sister’s home.

Entering the house, without permission, she walked around, and had to admit the house was beautiful. The people who lived her though she could deal without. Walking into the living room, “Long time no see, Tabitha.” she spoke with a purse. She knew she’d reveal the stories about what she’s been hearing about her children.

Diamonique was in the kitchen snacking on cucumbers when she heard someone calling for her mom from the living room. Who was there? Strutting out in lingerie that would get her chewed out outside of the workplace, she stuck a cucumber slice in her mouth and glanced at who it was. Where was her mom anyway? Probably busy doing her 120-step skincare routine. Yuck.

"Um, who the fuck are you?" she interrogated furrowing her eyebrows.

Ronnie heart sunk a bit when her niece came into the room. She had no clue who she was, and it was typical of Tabby to not talk about her more successful sister. “I see your mother didn’t tell you about me, and from the welcoming, I’d say you are her puppet.” she said giving a look.

She let out a chuckle, “I’m your mother’s sister and the Creative Director of Plunkett & Pleasegood.” she spoke confidently. If they tried to compare to a common whore trying to get a legacy. She was no whore, and a hell of lot more successful. “We aren’t on speaking terms, and I will admit, you definitely have your mother’s personality.” she spoke watching her.

Ronnie let out a pursed lip, “The name is Veronica Plunkett.” she said extending a hand hoping to be kind. Although she knew it not end well in the slightest.

She understood why her mom was hated, but that didn't mean Diamonique appreciated being dragged into it! She was doing her own, sexy thing, and that was that! Diamonique cocked her head to the side and rolled her eyes. Truthfully, she didn't care who this woman was, but she did have one question.

"How the fuck did you come in without the wards alerting us?"

Ronnie didn’t like being interrogated especially by her own flesh and blood, even if they didn’t know of each other. “Well you seemed so willingly to interrogate me, and I take you have no clue who you are currently speaking too right now.” she spoke with a sigh right now. She was a very important woman and liked at least that form of respect, and an eye roll came.

She had her ways, and since they were family she didn’t need to lie. “I’m a vampire, and therefore I’m highly trained in finding my way into places.” she spoke curious to see what her response was. “I am not here to suck your blood either.” she said, that was not a practice she did on her own family, and there was a blood bank.

"So, why the fuck are you here then?"

She popped another cucumber slice into her mouth enjoying the quietness that would cease next month when her younger siblings would return for Christmas break. Why couldn't they be stuck at that Pig Warts place all year?

“I’d like to speak to your mother.” she said with a bit of a sigh. She had to let her know the latest news, “I’ve found out some news about your sister’s fiancée, and I’d like to question here on her barbaric practices.” she said with a sigh. “I expect you to not repeat that part, but I’m not an enemy, I assure you.” she spoke.

That was debatable, but she was going to give her niece some ounce of respect. “Your name is Diamonique, right?” asked Ronnie with an interrogating glare.

Rolling her eyes yet again, Diamonique didn't like that she was wearing something so cute over bullshit related to her sisters. She thought Veronica or whatever was wasting her time being here.

"I'll call her up for you..."

She didn't want to be stuck dealing with this any longer.

"And the name's Monique!"

Gritting her teeth, Diamonique went halfway up the staircase and yelled for her mom. Ugh.

Ronnie liked to piss off people, she had watched her niece. She sensed this girl had a lot of pride about herself. “Thank you,” she said as she crossed her arms. She was looking forward to meeting the devil face to face after so many years.

An eye roll came, “My apologies, and I’d just watch who you are talking too.” she spoke since Ronnie heard stories about Monique and her job. She was ready to see Tabitha Cartwright, and she if she had planned to act better than Ronnie.

There was somebody here? How rude! Tabitha never appreciated unplanned guests; that was akin to intrusions to her. Now she had to hurry up and present herself as best as she could. Applying some light makeup, Tabitha groaned when the house elf came to check on her. Why didn't that stupid elf say something about there being a visitor?

She scurried through her closet until she found a nice v-neck top and slim slacks with a slight flare; that'd do. Tabitha slid on some Mary Janes and stomped down the stairs pushing her daughter to the side.

"Who is it? Everybody knows I don't like the uninvited roaming around!"

The moment Tabitha finally appeared from the upstairs, Ronnie could immediately sense the stench. “Why hello Tabby, I see time has done you well.” she commented, since her sister definitely hadn’t changed much, and when she pushed her daughter away, Ronnie shook her head. “I’ve managed to find my own way into your lovely home.” she spoke.

“I have some graves news for you, and I hope it will finally knock some sense into you.” she commented as she got into an examining pose of Tabby. She never understood her sister, and felt she had claimed she was so great, and Ronnie knew it was a facade.

"You know you're not allowed in my home! Get out!" she shrieked. They were no-contact for a good reason, and Tabitha loathed seeing her sister's face. Why were so many of her relatives coming to Britain anyway? Didn't they realize this was HER investment? She wanted to have the spotlight on her not share it!

Tabitha narrowed her eyebrows and squinted. "What news? Get out! You're not allowed here!" She hated how Veronica always tried to interfere with her lifestyle.

Ronnie had no intentions of leaving, because Tabby needed to understand her place in this society. “First off I am not leaving, because I’ve lived in Britain longer than you, and my company could really fuck up image, and you are lucky I haven’t done anything since you were here.” she said giving her sister a glare. Tabby was truly a nut case, “I suppose you forget that out of the two of us I’ve been here longer and therefore I’ve become more powerful.” she said with confidence.

“Your daughters fiancée family left for Spain, and it’s the perfect opportunity for you to drop the barbaric practice.” she said cruelly, her sister needed an update on the times, “Don’t forget I’m more educated than you’ll ever be on certain topics, because I don’t sit behind my very incompetent husband.” she shouted. Her sister always wanted to act like she was better, and Ronnie was proof that woman can be just as successful with careers.

She looked around the house, it was a nice house, but she looked at her sister. “Don’t you think it’s tiring to keep playing this game of who’s better?” commented Ronnie, since in her mind she won. “You should really consider partnering with my company, because I’ve heard talks you complain about not having enough connections.” she said extending a olive branch. Even if the thought pained Veronica, but this was a perfect opportunity.

"Get out!"

Her yells became louder. She needed to strengthen those damn wards! Argh! Tabitha rushed down the stairs to try and kick Veronica out. She wasn't receptive to anything that came out of her mouth. "Barbaric? You're the barbarian, you dirty bloodsucker!"

At least Tabitha could say her blood wasn't tainted.

Ronnie hated her sister, and when she started to come towards her. Her eyes became dark, and she got tired of being treated like vermin. “I don’t drink blood you psychopath willing to marry your daughter off you a barbaric man.” she shouted as she got her wand out.

She knew she had to defend herself. “Stupefy!” she shouted. Hoping it calmed her sister down, or at least paralyzed her for a bit. “You stupid bitch!”

Someone needed to tie a ringer around Tabby.

Tabitha dodged the spell and pulled out her wand. Why was she having spells thrown at her when it's HER home that was broken into?

"I told you to never come here! This is my manor! You're on the offense!"

She pointed her wand at Veronica. "Immobulus!"

Ronnie didn’t agree with Tabby aboht Medina, she heard that the family was against female empowerment, and she wasn’t about to see her niece not know her worth. When Tabby dodged her spell, and attacked back. Ronnie dodged the spell, “Do you think I had a choice? I was attacked, and did you expect me to die, and leave my children motherless?” she shouted about her blood taintness. “I can’t believe you’d let your daughter be married off to be a house wife, and have a man who treats her like shit. That’s so fucking heartless!” she said to Tabby.

Anyone who doesn’t let a woman follow her dreams are barbaric. “Why are you so cruel Tabby?“ she asked Tabby. She wasn’t leaving until Tabby gave her a straight answer, “Expellarmius!” she said hoping to disarm Tabby. She wished her sister knew how to be humane. “How are you okay with your daughter, not being able to follow her dreams, and moving all the way to Spain!” she said with concern. Tabby was clearly the psychopath, “You are damn lucky that the ministry doesn’t know how much of a hypocrite you are, because it’s fucked up.” she said astonished.

“You’d think that after all these years you’d learn how to be a good person.” said Ronnie shaking her head in disgust. Ronnie was a bitch but at least she loved her children more than anything. “Don’t you think it’s a little childish? For us to be at these stupid games, and kick me out, all because I had the opportunity to live, instead of dying, you best remember that I didn’t have a choice when I was turned, and if you were me you’d done the same thing.” she defended herself, sure her blood was tainted. “I’m still just as successful as you, and I’m blood tainted, and you realize if world knew you were a purist you’d lose everything?” commented Ronnie hoping to put in perspective that Tabby needed to stop. “Your daughter deserves to have a future that isn’t being married off to someone who doesn’t let her work, what do you have against letting your children have free-will? Or are you too selfish to actually care about your family, and only what they can give you. If that’s the case you shouldn’t have became a mother in the first place.” spoke Ronnie in a dark and emotionless tone.

She may have been a vampire, but she cared about people. “I may be a vampire, but I’m still the same sister who used to look up to you growing up.” she commented with disappointment. If Tabby kept this up she was better off practicing dark arts, and joining the gang of death eaters.
