Here we go again (Open)

It was one of these days when Lizzie had nothing much to do for sure. She didn't have to work as translator to someone and she had no other job right now. It was at least something what did bring some money in. Here no one really questioned her age, she was glad.

She walked into the Leaky Cauldron and did sat down one of empty tables there. She ordered herself one firewhiskey and when she did then waitress looked at her. "Ugh. Stop starring. I'm in illegal age, yes yes I look younger than I am. Here, is some my ID," she said there with annoyed voice and showed her hers ID. "Sorry, miss," she said and did soon bring my drink. I wasn't hungry for sure.

She looked around the place and wondered what she should to do with my rest of free day. It was bad when she didn't really have any friends with who she could hang out.

It was a day off for Min-ji which was rather rare; she was often either trying to help out the aurors when it came to finding perpetrators of crime along with many investigations. It was a rather dtressful to deal with day-to-day, so i was quite a relief to not have to worry about work until the next day. Min-ji had decided to go to The Leaky Cauldron for some lunch; she had usually ate leftovers or whatever was the most convenient wherever she was at for her lunch, so she had decided that it'd be a good idea to treat herself to some lunch. Spying an empty seat, she had decided to sit there. For all she knew, the blonde girl beside the seat would make great company. "Hey," she greeted giving a smile.

Lizzie just was getting sick of people don't believe she is older enough to get drinks she wants, what have alcohol in them. She looked at the person who had sit at her table. She didn't know the woman for sure, never seen before. "Hello," she said back to the girl with a small smile. She really wasn't that much of mood to talk right now, maybe it can be changed.

"So, how are you?" she asked as she waited to be attended to. It was her day off; some small talk wouldn't hurt. It was probably preferable over cuddling a cat and watch cheesy soap operas although that wasn't a bad thing. That was just monotonous. "This place sure does get packed. At least it's not as bad as usual due to school being in session."

Lizzie looked at the person when she was talking there with her now. She did hear every word she said but she didn't really listen to her. "Oh well I have been okay," she said there something. Well she couldn't say good since her life was far from it. She had no one in her life she could trust, basically. She had no good job, every job isn't for her, down hills of being vampire and not age. "What about you?" she asked back too. "Oh yeah. It gets quite packed every lunch, breakfast and dinner time. I guess I come here too often," she added there now something and sighed when she looked around.

It was rather rare for her to be able to socialize with those outside her department, but it felt quite refreshing to do so. It allowed her to feel more grown up other than at work. "I'm doing pretty fine myself, I guess. Work is being the way it usually is." Due to being an unspeakable, she could only really talk about her job like that. Thanks to that, she hoped that the other would simply assume that it was like some office job.

Lizzie nodded her head there as she understood what she meant. "Yeah work isn't always the easiest thing out there," she said there with a small smile. She had no idea what the other female does as work and it isn't really her business too. She wasn't really sure what to else to say right now, she barely talked with any other people lately, unless it was some kind of translating work of course.

"I love my job despite how stressful it is. Isn't that odd?" Min-ji wondered as she looked over at the female. "Oh! I apologize for not introducing myself. I'm Min-ji. And you might be?"

"Well not really. You just love what you are doing but yes not every job won't be easy what we need to do," she said there and sighed. She herself haven't yet found out exactly what she wants to do. She knows she doesn't wanna be translator rest of her life. "Oh nice to meet you Min-ji," she said there. "Oh and I'm Lizzie."

She thought about the response for a bit and nodded. "Very true. The most taxing tasks can be the most rewarding in the end." Min-ji gave a smile. "Nice to meet you too. When I started doing my job I found it rather difficult at first due to the language barrier. Luckily enough, my colleagues really helped me get the hang of English which I'm very thankful for."

Lizzie nodded. "Oh yeah that's totally true," she said there with a small smile on her face. It was nice to talk with someone for awhile. "Oh. English has been my first language. I know how it is when you need to learn the new language since I basically had to learn French in some point of my life when my parents decided to go live in French and I had attended to Beauxbatons school. At first my french was terrible but thanks few friends I learned it away," she said there with a small smile now. She had now over years learned some more languages awhile traveling.

"French is such a beautiful language! I've always wanted to learn it, but I've never found a chance too," she responded. "I wish work didn't take up most of my time to be honest because I'd totally learn all the languages I want if I had ample free time."

"Oh I never wanted to really learn it but I needed or else I couldn't understand what people around me were saying," she said there with a small smile. "I know a couple of languages. Mostly because past few years after graduate I did travel around a lot. So I learned few of languages on the way."

Min-ji gave a small nod to show that she was still listening to the other. "It's always good to learn other languages. It helps open up opportunities and meet new people. I know I've been taking a bit of Latin here and there so I can really understand origins of spells to assist with my occupation," she commented.

Lizzie nodded her head there. "Oh, I see. It's good to learn yes different languages. Some languages help with my work too," she said there with a small smile on her face. She liked what she was doing but knew this won't be something that she wants to do her rest of life.
