Ever since her sister's boyfriend passed, Aquila had been putting a lot of her energy in trying to comfort her instead of taking care of herself; she needed to allow herself to step back for a bit and recharge. What better place than the haunted bathroom? It was far too crazy outside of the grounds to even think of spending time out there. Washing her face with some cool water, she looked at her eye bags. Damn, she really needed to get some more sleep.

Gabriella knew that things were finally happening as they should have been all along. Though, she also knew that she still had her good girl role to uphold. She couldn’t go letting anyone seeing anything different from her now. No, that wouldn’t do. She was looking for something to do when she saw Aquila walk into Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom. The girl must be desperate to go in there...

Gabriella decided that she might as well stop by and check on her, her sister had been dating that Weasley boy after all. She pushed the door open and walked inside. ”How long has it been since you have slept?” Gabby asked in way of greeting when she saw the girl that she actually considered a friend inspecting the bags beneath her eyes in the mirror. There was a concerned look on her face.

Aquila turned around when she heard someone enter. "Hey, Gabby," she greeted as she tried to get the water off her hands by shaking it. Then, she proceeded to rub her eyes. She really was sleep deprived.

"I'm lucky to manage four hours a night..." She spent too much time worrying which went from one angle of nearly losing her sister to her sister losing somebody.

Gabby shook her head when Quil told her just how much sleep she got a night. "You know all the worrying you've been doing is going to give you premature wrinkles, right?" She pointed out matter of factly as she moved over to the sink where she could check her makeup in the mirror. She touched the corners of her eyes where her makeup had smudged ever so slightly.

She then looked at the other girl through the mirror. "Seriously, though, do you need me to get you a sleeping draught?" She made the offer, even if it wasn't something that was usually used in the castle, Gabby knew that she could get some for the other girl if she needed it.

"Wrinkles are the least of my worries..." Besides, weren't there creams or whatever to reduce them? Aquila still hadn't learned that it's okay to be selfish and put oneself over others when warranted.

She shrugged at the proposal. "I probably need it, but I don't want to depend on it."

@Gabriella Riddle

Gabriella studied her own expression, a frown coming to her lips at Aquila's statement of wrinkles. "Wrinkles are always something to be worried about." She said as she touched up her mascara a bit in the mirror.

"Oh, Aquila, you worry far too much. You won't become dependent just using one every now and again." She said with what she hoped was a reassuring smile. "I'll have it for you by lights out." Because it was the least she could do, right?

Aquila gave a small smile. "It's just difficult to not worry nowadays with the past few months, you know?" she responded as she tucked some hair behind her ear.
