Indigo had volunteered to be a judge for the baking competition, but he was beginning to immediately regret his decision. Not only was he trying to be good with eating through January, but a lot of the things he had tasted were very bland. And of course, Indigo being his haughty self, immediately told them of their poor baking skills.

”This tastes like you forgot to sieve the flour. A rookie mistake. It means that you get all these horrible lumps in your bakes.” Honestly...

The very sanctimonious mother crossed her arms upon hearing the judge's words. Karen replied, "It's a modern Thai twist on pork pies!"
