Hermione Granger Memorial Service ((Open to public))

Desdemona, deep down, was glad that one target had been put in her place, but she had to play the role of a distraught Deputy Minister who looked up to Miss Granger. That was always fun. She stood in front of the ice maze watching as Ministry interns were passing out candles to everyone who entered. The sun had been setting making the air even colder. For such an important figure, the service was made to be lowkey in appearances. The only real clothing request to the guests was don't dress inappropriately.

The mood was somber, yet it was a necessity in order to fully grasp the extent of the loss.

Why did the family request some muggle song to be played though?

Min-ji had shifted her main espionage focus onto trying to piece together Hermione's tragic killing. She stood near the entrance of the memorial service wondering where some of her fellow Ministry employees were so she could talk to them.

Marilyn was there with her mother to report on the events of the service; it was exciting for her to be able to see and be involved in something so high profile other than the typical sports tournament for once.

She kept her eyes peeled for the Potter-Weasley clan to show up. Maybe she could find the deets on their private arrangements?
