Hugo had sent a letter to some older kid telling him to meet with him in his mum's office. He wore a Santa hat that was just a bit too big for his head wondering when the older kid would make it. He got him a whole bag of gumballs that change flavor as they were chewed as it was all he could afford with a part of his allowance.
"Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!" he greeted with a wide toothy grin as he watched someone open the door.
