girl's talk ((evelyn))

Seul-ki was in the dorm putting on her pajamas feeling quite happy to have finished her classes for the day. She had been hoping to have some fun with her friend, Evelyn, and talk about boys and all of the happenings going on at school. She went over to the mini vanity that she had placed in the dorm for when the bathrooms was occupied and began removing her makeup. Seul-ki got out her wand and used it to turn on a music player to play some Celestina Warbeck as she waited on Evelyn.

Evelyn had come from reading in the common room and she had seen Seul-Ki and the girl let out a smile. The girl had been feeling things than she ever did before. Especially when it came to guys and the girl knew that the only people she could talk to without it getting to Sharona. She was going to wait until it was close to her going to bed and she walked over to her friend as she let out a small smile and she said. "Thank god you're in here," she said looking around to see if any others were watching.

"Evelyn!" Seul-ki greeted excitedly. "It's been a while since we've had some girl time!" She got out her set of nail polishes and hair products and set them up on the floor. "Let's talk boys, gossip, anything! I'm sure there has to be something you heard that I didn't! Or notice! Or whatever!"

Evelyn had been so happy to see Seul-ki response as she ran over to her bed. "I know it has been, it's been forever. School just kept getting in the way and plus that stupid detention we were all put through," she said closing eyes thinking of that detention and she looked around the room letting out a smile. "Yes let's talk about boys because I have so much to tell you," she said with excitement to her friend's response. "Did you know Ezra Shaw's sister is coming down to the last couple months of her pregnancy? I heard him complaining about becoming an uncle." sighed the girl who knew little about Professor Shaw's family.

"I also have been talking to James Potter," she said curiously to see her friend's response. Since most would be shocked due to him dating the guy who attacked a student whose parents had him sent to Azkaban. "People are also thinking that there might be something between the two of us, even though we're just friends."

"Isn't she, like, eight months along?" Seul-ki wondered hearing about Madison. "I know she wanted to be exempted from doing stuff only for Cherry to try and shut her up. I don't know how Slytherin always has to start and get involved in so many drama," she commented. Why were people in her school always so rude to each other? What was wrong with friendship? "I was wondering when you were going to tell me! There's a lot of talk about you two. In detention, I noticed him looking at you. I think he finds you cute!"

She hated drama despite being the type who had to gather gossip for a living. "Yeah, I think so. That child is going to need so much help because I doubt she will help it." frowned Evelyn who thought she would be irresponsible. "But then again, maybe having a baby could do the Queen some good," she said with a chuckle. Evelyn didn't like the idea of the detention that they had to have because she didn't do anything to deserve it. "Slytherins are just plain lazy if you ask me," smirked Evelyn, the only Slytherin who seemed appealing had been James.

"Are you kidding? I only talked to him in the library, and maybe a couple times in passing," she said closing her eyes in embarrassment because she hated hearing lies about her. Even though Evelyn thought James had been extremely cute, but she knew if she tried to show, then the talks would get worse. "The sad part about this, James is extremely cute and I can't imagine what he thinks about the rumors about us," she said sighing at her friend. "I am not cute, Seul-ki. He was probably looking at some other girl or guy in detention anyway."

Seul-ki tucked some hair behind her ear as she began picking up some of the colors. "Madison could definitely use a 180!" she exclaimed in agreement. "Do you want Ocean Blue, Berry Pink, or Moonlight Purple?" Seul-ki asked showing her best friend some of the nail polish colors she had picked out.

"You could always ask him! Whatever glimpses I see of you two, I notice he seems to really really like your company! I wonder if he like likes you!" Seul-ki commented with a smile. She gave a slight frown hearing Evelyn put herself down. "Don't be so silly! You're absolutely cute! You have the blondest hair I've ever seen, and your smile is so sweet!" Raising an eyebrow, Seul-ki questioned, "How sure are you about that? He was looking right at you! It looked as if he was daydreaming. That ended though when his brother threw a ball of parchment at his head though."

"Yeah without a doubt. I wonder if the child's father would be involved," she said as she thought about it. The girl didn't really know who had been the one who planted Madison baby seed. "Then again that girl has all us girls beat because she was having sex ever since the girl's fourth year apparently." letting out a small chuckle. "Ooo, how about Ocean Blue," she said letting out a small smile on her face as she looked at Seul-Ki.

She let out a laugh, "I doubt it because quite personally I am a turn-off. Most people like to call me annoying. But then again perhaps there are things I don't know exactly." she said letting out a sigh. "Thank you Seul-ki and I know my hair is blonde. And it's definitely a more natural type of blonde," she said in response to her hair. Friends were something that Evelyn knew would do anything for you and would tell you what you wanted to hear. "I just know, because I have never had any good experiences. I will believe it when he tells me that he likes him," she said with a smile.

"I am sure his brother was just joking around. Younger siblings do that."

"Who knows?! I just hope the child will end up being a good person that was raised with good parenting!" Seul-ki never liked it whenever she had to hear stories of parents being incompetent. How could there even be parents that don't love their kid anyway? 'isn't there another pregnant girl in this school? Cherry, I think? I'm sure she'll be a better mom than Madison. What do you think?" Seul-ki wondered looking at her friend her face lighting up with Evelyn chose the blue. "The Ocean Blue is such a pretty color! It'll match your eyes a lot!" She glanced down at the colors she had pulled out. "Think I'll go with Berry Pink as pink is my favorite color!"

She gave a frown. "if they find you annoying, it's their loss! Our house is always used as a punching bag even though this house always creates the most genuine people. Slytherins can't say that!" Seul-ki knew just how vicious those Slytherins could get, especially as most ended up being Death Eaters and/or pureblood supremacists. "What if he's waiting to see if you make the first move? That could be the case! I can always be there with you if you're scared!"
