Just a bite (Open)

Lily walked down the stairs from theGryffindor tower towards the Great Hall. She smiled as she passed a few friends of hers in the hallway. As she entered the Great Hall she made her way towards the Gryffindor table and sat down. It was lunch time, so there weren't as many people as there usually were for breakfast or dinner, so finding a seat was relatively easy. She sat down and a plate appeared before her. She piled her plate with chicken legs, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls and filled her cup with pumpkin juice. She smiled as she began to eat, she loved the food here at Hogwarts, it was always cooked to absolute perfection. She looked around the giant room to see who was there.

Sharona was sitting at her house's table writing in one of her many backup diaries; she loathed how her nosy mother always tried to find out about her various deeds and reprimand her for it. She got it. She wasn't perfect just like Evelyn, so what? Speaking of Evelyn, she looked up and noticed Lily. Wasn't she the sister of the guy Evelyn had been hanging with lately? "You're James' sister, aren't you? What do you know of his hang-outs with my sister?"

"Its weird to be asked that and not 'Hey arent you Harry Potters daughter?' but yes, I am James' little sister. Lily." She said looking up at the girl. She had no idea about James hanging out with anyone "I dont keep as close tabs on my brother as others seem to think. And as far as him hanging out with any girls, hes gay to my knowledge." She said as if that were common knowledge, which it sort of was

"Gay, huh? How sure are you about that?" she questioned leaning forward. James honestly didn't come off as gay to her, and that was most likely because he wasn't flamboyant compared to someone like Cernu. "He seems to be enjoying my sister's presence a bit too much to be gay. Haven't you heard rumors that he left that weird Azazel guy for her? I've been meaning to ask my sister if it's true, but she keeps avoiding that topic."

Lily frowned. James hadnt spoken about any of this with her "I dont know. As I said, I dont keep close tabs on my brother." She said crossing her arms over her chest "What would you like me to say? That he is screwing her brains out? I dont know anything."

She raised an eyebrow hearing Lily's response. This was going nowhere, and she couldn't go to Albus as that kid was too much of recluse to know anything if she had to be honest. "My sister is one of those no sex before marriage types. Mom's conditioning really got to her, so she's the pure one. So, that means he hasn't screwed her brains out. I thought you trio of siblings were close? I'm sure you guys would know quite a bit about each other."

"Well were not. Sorry to disappoint. I dont know anything ever since my brother switched houses. Were not the second generation golden trio like our parents." She said huffing, why couldnt this girl take a hint? She turned back to her food and tried to eat

James had decided to actually go into the Great Hall to eat lunch instead of asking for food from the house elves in the kitchen to bring into his dorm. he spotted his sister and a blonde girl who looked quite similar to Evelyn and went to them. "Hi, sis. What are you guys talking about?"

"Thank Merlin youre here." Lily said when her brother walked over "Maybe you can answer the girls damn questions so I can eat my lunch in peace!" She said annoyed that lunch period was soon to be over and she hadnt gotten to eat yet. She had been pestered by the blonde girl whole period

"Erm, what sort of questions?" James asked as he lightly scratched his neck. "Do I need to tell people not to mess with you, sis?"

"She says youve been spending alot of time with her sister. I mean god forbid you have friends outside of our family circle right James? But she also said you broke up with Azazel for this girl. Is that true, James? After everything that went down between you and dad?" She asked curious about what had been going on with her brother

"Be honest, James, are you going steady with my sister? There have been tons of whispers around school about you two. Maybe your sister and I can be the first to know for sure?" Sharona wondered with a smirk hoping to coax an answer out of James.
