rising ((zuriel))

Mari was missing Eliana more than anything now that she was back at school, and hoped her mother was doing well at watching her daughter. She didn’t like being away from her, as any mother would dislike being away from their daughter.

One of the ways, she tried to subdue this pain was spending time in the Clock Tower watching the distance. The beauty often made her feel better, and right now she was doing that. She had been writing letters to her daughter, or at least for her mother to read to her daughter.

She was writing one of those letters when footsteps made her look.

Zuriel was desperately looking for ways to get himself established as a Student Council member, so that he could say how he made changes happen at the school to future employers. That's all what this was about, anyway. He didn't really care too much about the school and its student body. Not that anyone really knew that.

He almost passed the clock tower when he realised he hadn't looked there yet, so he went inside. After getting up the stairs, he saw a girl sat by herself. He smirked at her.

"That's your game, isn't it? Always trying to look like the saddest person in the school. You're not anything special, you know. Plenty of women push out kids every single day. Stop trying to look so pitiful all the time."

Mari rolled her eyes at the words of Zuriel trying to make her feel bad. “I’m entitled to miss my daughter, Zuriel.” she said giving him a dark glare. She let out a chuckle, “A love you’ll never understand, and I’d watch what you say, because I’ll gladly set my dogs on you.” she said with a bit of a confident smirk. “Now if you don’t mind I am writing a letter to my daughter, and if you don’t leave me alone I’ll send someone on you to leave me alone.” she said sternly hoping to scare him away.

"I hate that you act so high-and-mighty. So fucking innocent."

He approached her at every word, feeling like this was a good opportunity to lay into her. Usually she was around someone, or Professors, or Fedele. Not that he was scared of that meathead.

"When you just leave the Father of your child - not caring that he wants to see his daughter - down in a ditch. What kind of person does that? You think you're some kind of Mother Of The Year when you are obviously just thinking of yourself. I hate that no one here sees you for what you are. You're selfish."

Mari didn’t leave anyone and when Zuriel made that accusation. “Why you are making accusations about things you have no clue happened.” she said attempting to look away “I am not perfect, but you know what happened, and it’s why your best friend didn’t win his election.” she spoke as she continued to write.

Trying to keep her composure. “I’m pretty sure this could be labeled as harassment, since you are making me feel unsafe.” she said giving him a look. Zuriel was no man and right now Mari wanted him to go. “He had the option to be there for his daughter, but he chose not to be.” she spoke trying to not be a bitch.

“I suggest you leave, or I will call the principal, and they will escort you away from me.” she said finally looking at him giving a glare that could see into the soul of someone. He was such a jerk.
