seaside tea (louis)

Hazel was enjoying her time at Shell Cottage because she was in awe of the beautiful seaside. She almost envied Louis for living in this beautiful cottage and could imagine herself one day living here. She loved Louis more than anything and hoped once they graduated from Hogwarts, they could spend the rest of their life together.

Sitting at one of the tables looking at the oceanside, Hazel was drinking a cup of tea. She brewed a pot this morning and felt it was a quiet way to spend her day drinking tea. She hoped Louis would come and join her, and they could talk about the beautiful area he lived in.

At the sound of footsteps, she smiled. "I love your house."

"Good morning, Hazel."

Louis had dressed, showered and was miraculously ready for the day, without having spent much time doing so. He wandered into the kitchen and was glad to see Hazel making herself at home, like his parents had told her several days before when she arrived. An owl flew in through the window and dropped the morning post, which Louis sorted through and left for his parents. There was one letter addressed to him though.

"I hope it's not too cold in here for you," he said brightly, "We can always go to the living room if we need to."

Drawing back a chair, he sat opposite her, smiling.

The cottage felt incredibly warm to the Hufflepuff, and Hazel liked that about it. She wasn't staying in a dark manor that her parents bought from an old witch and wizard couple. "Good morning, handsome," she spoke with a smile on her face, before putting her tea down, and taking a sip of her tea. "Not at all, I love it here," she said, and she meant every word of it. The view was too beautiful and the house didn't feel cold in the slightest. "It's actually warm and homey," she commented.

"No need I'm enjoying watching the sea," she said with a shrug. She didn't feel like leaving in this place any time soon, but she suspected her mother would be sending her letters to return home soon. "Did I ever tell you how happy you make me?" she said hoping Louis knew her love for him.

He smiled across at her, and poured some tea for himself.

"Oh yes, I love watching the sea from here," he said brightly, opening his letter, "But it's far too cold to go to the beach today. You'll have to come back in the summer."

"I'm glad you're happy," he said cheerfully, now reading the letter.

Hazel knew they couldn't go to the beach, but the view still made her happy. "Obviously, I'll definitely be here in the summertime, and honestly I might try to stay the entire summer." she pointed out. She didn't like living in her family home anymore, and she knew it was just a melting pot. Watching him open the letter, "Who is the letter from?" she said as she got up and wrapped her arms at him, trying to get a glimpse at the letter.

"I'd love to one day live here," she spoke with a smile. She hoped one day Louis planned on proposing to her because she couldn't imagine spending her life with anyone else.

"I'll see what my parents say," he said gently, and smiled up at her as she wrapped her arms around him. "I'm glad you like it here as much as I do. It's often thought that the English coast looks grimy and unwelcoming, especially when it's raining. But I still like it, even in harsh weather."

Looking down to the letter, his eyes moved down its words.

"It's from St Mungo's," he said, reading down, until he hit the part that had him beaming from ear to ear. "They're accepting me as an intern when I go to University!" He laughed joyfully. "I can't wait to tell everyone. Mum and Dad will be so happy, I know they've wanted this for me."

Hazel liked to think that the Cartwright manor was far more grim. It wasn’t a place with a lot of love and Hazel would choose this house over her home. She didn’t want to feel like she was forcing. She just really liked this house a lot. “It’s why we are dating we both like the same things, and sure it’s a little grim, but nothing is as dark as our manor if you ask me.” she pointed out to Louis, “It just peaceful.”

When Louis told her got the internship she felt her tears fall. “That’s so amazing.” she said as she kissed him. “Does this require means for celebration.” she said as she buried her face in his neck. She didn't mind having midday sex, “Would you like to take this to your bedroom, and I could give you an amazing celebration.” she said thinking of all the ways to spoil Louis. She knew he wanted this forever, and right now she couldn’t be more happier.

“I’m so proud of you.” she smirked. Right now she felt her mind easily becoming dirty at this idea.
