Bang a drum (Vidar)

Carina was glad to be out of the house for a bit. As much as she loved being home, her father was a bit overbearing at times. So she snuck out for a party she had heard about and was having a great time. She had on her best party dress, a tight little black dress and heels that made her legs look Mike's long. She had her hand above her head as she moved to the music. She stopped though when she realized she wanted another drink. She made her way to the bar and smiled flirtatiously at the guy, "Can I get 3 shots of Firewhiskey?" When he set the drinks in front of her she took all 3, back to back before cheering and making her way back to the dance floor.

Vidar had been talked into coming to this party by his sister... He was used to it when they were on holiday. His sister always told him that he was a bore because he spent too much time studying so that he would be ready to take over their father's businesses when he was older. Astrid knew the value of networking though and insisted that they attend parties to get to know people. So, here he was standing at the bar with a glass of whiskey in his hand. At least the alcohol made it somewhat bearable as the music bumped around him. He had never been one for dancing but he could appreciate watching as others did. He was just taking the last sip of his whiskey when the blonde from his house approached the bar and took three shots back to back. Impressive. Then he watched her walk away as someone bumped into her and he moved without thought to catch her to prevent her from possibly falling over. "Are you okay?" He asked as he made sure she was steady enough to stand on her own once more.

Carina was drunk to where she hadn't even realized she had been knocked into until she was staring up at Vidars face. She knew him from slytherin house, but that was all. She smiled drunkenly up at him, "Viddy!" She then grabbed his face and kissed him before laughing, "What are you doing here?" She asked when she could stand up again, "I didn't picture you as a club party kind of guy!" She said loudly over the music.

Oh yeah, Carina was definitely drunk. She didn't even seem to realize that she was falling until he had caught her then she looked at him in shock for a second before declaring some ridiculous nickname she probably just came up with. He didn't correct her, though. Not that he would have had time when she grabbed his face and kissed him right after. He didn't even think before kissing her back. Maybe the whiskey he had been drinking was having an effect on his sensibilities as well. Then she was standing up on her own and he let her go, staying close to catch her on the occasion she needed him again. "Astrid likes these type of things and drags me to them regularly." He explained as he ran a hand back through his perfectly styled hair. "What brings you here?"

Carina took two drinks off a wandering waitresses tray and handed one to him before sipping her own, "yeah that adds up. Astrids always one for a good party. As for me, I'm a club party kind of girl. I come to all of these." She finished her drink and set it on a near by table. When the song changed, her eyes lit up, "I love this song. Come dance with me!" She said taking a hold of his hand, "Pretty please." She said with a cute drunken pout

Vidar was pretty sure that Carina didn't need another drink but she reached out and took two of them from a tray and handed one to him. He took it and downed it, he was going to need it from the look of things. "Yeah, she likes these things. I think they're alright but I can't let her come alone." He was always looking out for his twin. He thought her to be too friendly and trusting, even if she was far from it. He was about to turn her down when she asked him to dance but there was just something about that little pout that he couldn't seem to say no to. "Alright, one dance." He told her as he allowed her to take his hand so they could make it through the crowd to the dance floor.

Carina smiled at him, "Awwww what a sweet brother. My brother is like that too. Luckiy he doesn't know I'm here or he'd want to come with." She said smiling as she thought of Scorpius. She loved her brother. When he agreed to one dance she smiled and lead him to the dance floor. She pressed her body to his as she moved to the music, the drinks really hitting her now. She wanted to kiss him again. She hadn't really gotten a good taste before.

Vidar shrugged when she called him sweet. It wasn’t sweet really. His sister just wouldn’t take no for an answer and leave him in peace unless he went with her. Sure, he wanted to watch over her too but he would much rather not be here. Well, usually that was the case. Today was turning out to be a little bit different indeed. Maybe it was different since he and Astrid were twins and Carina’s brother was younger, he didn’t know. It didn’t really matter. Once they were out on the dance floor, she pressed her body against his and his hands found her hips as he moved with her to the best of the music. He smiled down at her a bit when he caught her looking back up at him. She seemed to be contemplating something. “What’s on your mind, beautiful?” he asked, leaning down to speak directly into her ear so he wouldn’t have to shout over the music.

Carina felt his hand go to her waist and smiled a bit. It felt good to be touched and admired, she had been living in Alaynas shadow for so long. It was finally her turn. When he asked where what she was thinking about, her drunken state couldn't stop herself from saying, "You. More specifically, kissing you." Thankfully she managed to stop herself there. She had alot more on her mind than just kissing him.

Vidar knew that he shouldn't but as they danced, he let his hands travel just a bit lower. He wasn't normally so forward but he had drank a bit before she had come over to get her shots. He wasn't drunk but he had definitely had enough to be able to feed off her energy and she seemed to be enjoying his hands on her. When she answered his question, a smirk came to his lips. He didn't say anything in response, instead just moving one of his hands that had been low on her waist and using it to tip her chin up gently so that he could press his lips to hers. He could taste the alcohol on her lips and he attempted to deepen the kiss. Maybe this party wouldn't be so bad after all.

Being an empath, Carina could feel every emotion he was. Maybe she was amping those emotions up a bit, nothing to crazy, though. She still wanted him to be in control of what he wanted. She revelled under his touch and felt her skin tingle wherever he did. She looked up at him when he cupped her cheek and let her eyes close when his lips touched hers. She let her own hands wrap around his shoulders as she returned the kiss with the same amount of passion behind it. Her hands reached up into his hair and played lightly with it as they kissed.

Vidar didn't give much thought to why he was acting in such a way and in such a public place. He was enjoying himself and that was so uncommon for him that he wasn't going to let it slip away. No, he was just going to enjoy the night and see where it took them. He left one of his hands on her cheek as he kissed her, her passion seeming to feed his own. That is until the song changed and people starting coming to and leaving the dance floor once again, jostling and bumping into the two of them. He broke the kiss and looked down at her with a bit of a smirk. "let's go find somewhere to sit down so we can... talk." He said, hoping all of the little booths that were to one side of the club in the shadows weren't taken.

Carina didn't even realize the song was over until she was being bumped into. When he suggested somewhere to sit she lead him to the section she had bought upon arriving at the club. She spoke to the witch doing drink orders and ordered a bottle of Firewhiskey before sitting on one of the leather couches, "For someone who doesn't party, you sure have some moves." She said referring to his dance moves and other moves.

A smirk came to Vidar's lips as he scooted into the booth beside of her rather than across from her because why not? "Wouldn't make a very good impression if I were just out there flopping around now would I?" He said with a bit of a chuckle. He could probably thank Astrid for that since she was the one who insisted that he come to parties all the time when they were on breaks and he wasn't busy going on business meetings with his father. She always insisted that he be well rounded and not just boring, her words not his. "You have quite the moves yourself." He said as he poured them both some firewhiskey from the bottle.

"No I guess it wouldn't." She said with a laugh. She smirked as he moved into the spot next to her and crossed her legs, exposing more of her thigh, "I would hope so. I've been to enough parties. But it also comes natural with the help of alcohol." She watched as he poured the drinks and admired the way he gripped the bottle. She chewed on her bottom lip as she though of him holding her throat that way. She blinked a few times, both intrigued and shocked by the drunken thought. She took one of the glasses and sipped from it, "I'm glad Astrid dragged you out tonight."
