Better now (Ptolemy)

Alayna was pleased with her life at the moment. She was glad she had finally given Ptolemy a real chance to be more than a friend. She was happy. He made her happy. Way happier than she had been with Lien. With Lien, it felt forced and awkward and weird conversation and they'd have sex occasionally. With Ptolemy, she could just be herself. Every part of herself. She waited outside honeydukes, knowing he would be there to get his fix for his sweet tooth.

Perdita was glad Alayna trusted her enough to do something like that, but truth be told she was holding back a little just in case it triggered any flashback of her Father's brutality. From what he heard, Theodore hadn't been able to raise his hand to his daughter much, thanks to Atticus.

There were moments where Perdita had to cover Alayna's mouth with her hand to stifle the loud moans that escaped her. That, in itself, was rather sexy. She looked good like this, and as Perdita pleasured her with her hands until there was a sweet release coating her fingers, she still felt as though there would be another round in the dormitories tonight, with Ptolemy instead. Alayna was unafraid to give into her sexual desire, even in the middle of a clothing shop. Perdita was more attracted to her than ever before.

"Well now you just have to buy it. All your naughty juices are all over it..." she said, sucking the fingers that had pleasured her. "I'm going to pop next door, change back and take you to the register. Then, should we go for lunch, darling?"

Alayna was surprised that these actions didn't trigger her PTSD. maybe because she knew that even though it wasn't his face, it was still Ptolemy. And she trusted him, with her life in some cases. She watched as Perdita cleaned her fingers after making her squirm and bit at her lower lip, "And who's fault is that?" She asked, with a cocky smile. She leaned into his touch and nodded, "Alright. That works for me." She removed the lingerie and changed back into the clothes she had arrived in before making her way to the register to wait for him.

When she went back to her changing room and removed the dress, she changed back to Ptolemy. He got dressed, straightened everything up again, and left the changing room with the dress. At the registers, he kissed Alayna and pushed all the clothes towards the sales girl.

"All of these please. And wrap them up nicely. Don't crumple them up."

When he was satisfied by the folding and packing of the clothes, he took the bags and walked out of the shop with Alayna.

"What are you hungry for, my darling?"

Lien didn't want to go to Hogsmeade, but he needed more supplies for potions lessons. When he came outside the ingredients store, he saw Alayna... with Ptolemy Rowle. They were walking side by side, but there was obvious signs of their romance together: they were looking at one another like newlyweds. Frowning, he suddenly dipped out of sight and waited - his heart hammering against his chest. He knew it: this entire time, they were just taking him as a fool!

Alayna loved it when Ptolemy took charge. It was a major turn on for her. She kissed his neck as the girl packaged her new items. When he asked what she was hungry for she smirked, "Besides you? Maybe a burger. You say I'm too skinny. Why not do something about it?" As they walked, her eyes landed on him. Why was he always there? She nudged potlemy and gestured toward where she saw Lein trying to hide from her view. She got the urge to piss him off for some reason. She stopped walking and pulled Ptolemy to her, kissing him deeply with her arms wrapped around his neck

"In that case, we'll get you dessert as well."

When he was nudged, Ptolemy followed her line of sight. He could see the edge of a pair of glasses. Thin, slender fingers. It must have been Chang trying to hide from them. How pitiful. They seemed to read each other's minds and put on a performance for him. He made sure to put his arms around her waist and pull her close, showing Chang just how to handle a woman properly.

When he opened his eyes, Chang had disappeared from sight. Perhaps he was crying about it. Ptolemy moved back to kiss Alayna some more, this time for the pure thrill of doing it.

Her eyes briefly met his before they started kissing, and Lien flattened himself against the wall - now out of sight. He knew what they were doing without having to bloody watch it. Because they'd spotted him, they wanted to rub salt in the wounds. Lien felt white hot anger flare through his chest, and he grinded his teeth together irritably.

He walked down the alleyway, away from them. Then he turned the other corner, and made sure he was completely out of sight. This was his last chance at a revenge, so he stuck his wand hand out from behind the wall, and directed it at Rowle.

"Latibulum Ratticus." A shot of blue light weaved towards his target, and hit him square in the back. He stayed behind some dustbins as he watched the transformation: Rowle seemingly disappeared in a puff of smoke. In his place: a skinny little rat, sniffing around the pavement. Lien laughed. Rowle the rat quickly scurried between the crowd of Hogsmeade and dashed out of sight. Lien kept his eye on it.

Rat Rowle moved into the gutter, and Lien summoned it to his outstretched hand...

He was now holding Rowle by his tail as he squeaked in protest, likely trying to curse him but the use of English had been temporarily restricted. Lien grinned. This was just brilliant. Rowle was finally the slimy little rat he was...

Alayna was enjoying kissing Ptolemy was suddenlya poof of smoke occured and Ptolemy disappeared. She looked around before looking down and seeing a rat. She screamed a bit before the rat took off. Was the rat Tolly? She managed to keep her eye on the creature and chased after it before seeing Lien holding onto its tail. She gripped her wand in her hand, ready to fight if she had to, "You're not meant to use transfiguration on students, Chang. Change him back and I won't report you." Sure that was a lie. She was definitely going to report him.

Lien looked, boredly, as Alayna rushed into sight, looking flushed and angry.

He liked seeing her like that.

"What are you talking about?" he asked, seemingly innocent, "This rat is my new pet. I just got him today."

He drew out a box of live lacewings that he'd got from the potions store, and put Ptolemy the rat inside of it quickly.

"See? I even got him some food."

He smirked at Alayna, satisfied.

"Lien I'm not playing with you! Change him back now!" She was furious. She wanted to hex him. She wanted to hurt him. "Stop lying to me! Change him back!" She was practically begging him. "you're a bastard." She said, anger seeping her voice, "Last chance. Change him back." She looked at the box and could hear the cry like squeaks coming from inside it, "Tolly..." She whispered to herself.

"There's nothing to change back. You're completely delusional."

He held the box with Rowle underneath his arm. If he did eat the flies, it would have been a waste of the very little money he did have. Then again, perhaps this was completely worth it. He'd have to suck it up and spend hours gathering the flies himself.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a lot of work to do."

He tried to brush past her.

Alayna frowned as he basically gaslighted her and tried to walk past her. She pointed her wand at him, "petrificus totalus." She didn't want to hurt him. Well, she did. But she didn't want to get in trouble. She had had enough trouble because of him. She remembered the time that she was with him. She had thought she loved him. But she didn't. She loved Ptolemy.

Struck by the spell, Lien immediately fell to the ground, faced-down. His head had turned to the side, but was entirely frozen on the spot. The box he was carrying dropped and burst open, releasing all the flies and the rat along with it. The rat immediately darted inside of a hole at the side of a building.

Lien's glasses had fallen off and shattered beside him. His face, although gleeful when facing Alayna, looked rather sad. He was conscious of Alayna being there and standing above him, but something told him that she wouldn't do anything else to him. The worst she would do was leave him there.

Alayna paid no more attention to Lien at that moment. She started after Ratolemy and leaned down beside the hole in the building, "Ptolemy. Come on out. It's safe now. We're going to take you to professor Riddle. He can fix you." Alayna wasn't that gifted at transfiguration and she didn't want to do any serious damage to Ptolemy. She had to get Him out of there. She looked back at Lien. He looked.. sad? Good. She hoped he was sad. She would undo the spell when she had Ptolemy safely in her custody. She couldn't just leave him there like that.

As Ptolemy was now a rat with rat-like tendencies, it was merely concerned with finding food and shelter. The hole it had run into at the side of the building eventually lead outside again, and now the rat was sniffing around the bins for scraps. It came up near Alayna's feet and was now sniffing around her.

Alayna groaned when Ptolemy wouldn't come to her, "Dude come on." She didn't like this. And she knew he hated this, even if he didn't know he hated it. As he scurried past her feet, she leaned down and snatched him up, trying not to think about the fact he was a rat, "Alright. Got ya." She said holding up him and looking at him, "You better be Ptolemy." Firmly holding onto Ratolemy, she walked back over to Lien. Holding her wand, she pointed at him undoing the spell she had put on him. She still gripped her wand in case he still really wanted to try her, "Shut up. And don't say shit to me. In fact, stay the fuck away from me. I'm disgusted with you Lien." And with that, she turned to walk off and take Ptolemy to Riddle.

When the spell was undone, Lien slowly took himself off the ground. He didn't say anything to her, but not because she said not to. There was just nothing to say. He simply gathered what had been dropped on the ground and took off, quickly striding towards the castle.

Alayna kept her eyes on lien as she held onto Ptolemy in his rat form in her hands. She watched as he walked off and felt a long breath of relief leave her body. She stroked the rats head, since she knew it was Tolly, "Let's go find Professor Riddle so he can fix you and then punish that walking piece of trash." She was so angry with Lien. But she was more focused on fixing Ptolemy
