Drink the night away (Wade)

Siobhan entered the common room with Wade, "Take a seat. I'll be right back." She walked up the stairs to her room and dug around in her trunk for a bit where she'd hid a 3/4 full bottle of fire whiskey she had knacked from her dad's liquor cabinet before she left for school. She walked back downstairs and sat on the couch, flicking the lid off the bottle, "So what got you so heated back there?" She asked taking a swig and handing it to him.

Not needing her permission to sit, Wade had already jumped at one of the couches and stretched himself over it, putting his arms up behind his head. He found some jelly beans in his pockets and started chucking them at the back of people's heads, then acting nonchalant as they turned around. When Siobhan had returned, Wade merely shrugged, fiddling with a frayed bit of his hoodie.

"I dunno, he pisses me off," he grunted, "But it's also like he's that one reliable person who's always up for a fight, and we're pretty much on a level. He's got bigger arms, but it don't mean he can throw a better punch than I can." In other words, he liked the challenge.

Siobhan came back down to Wade throwing jelly beans at other people and she couldn't help but laugh. He was so silly. It was kind of adorable at times.she watched him play with the string on his jacket, "I get that. But you don't have to push people into pushing you back. That never ends well." She said, taking another sip of whiskey, "Have you ever tried being nice to people?"

"I don't care," he snorted. Provoking people into a fight was just something he liked to do every now and then. It let him blow off a bit of steam.

"Nah. Have you?" he asked, "'Cause y'know. You're a bit of a bitch too, ain't ya?"

He grinned.

"Oh I know I'm a bitch. That came from me being nice and people not being nice back. So now I just.... Do me." She said with a shrug. It made sense to her and that's all that mattered, "You never try to pick fights with me? Well, not as much anymore."

"Do ya get off to bein' slapped around or somethin'?"

He snorted.

"I don't fight girls, just wind 'em up instead."

He shrugged.

"So're ya givin' me some of this booze or what?"

"Of course not." What kind of freak would get off on being abused? He liked to wind girls up. That made sense, "I can see that. You do it to me often." She said handing him the bottle, "Go for it."

"Punchin' a girl just ain't somethin' ya do. It's weak, and stupid."

He took the bottle from her and swung a bit back. It tasted horrible. He shuddered at the burning sensation at the back of his throat and down his gullet.

"Let's play a drinkin' game," he suggested wickedly, grinning.

She was a bit happy he drew the line at abusing women. That was good to know about him. When he suggested a game, she raised an eyebrow looking at him, "Alright, Mackenna. What kind of game?" She was curious to see what he had in mind.

"How about 'never have I ever'?" he asked, grinning.

"Never have I ever had a cupcake stuffed down my top."

He grinned, handing her the bottle. Just to get in the swing of things.

Siobhan nodded and figured a game of never have I ever couldn't hurt anybody. Her jaw dropped when the first thing he said was about a cupcake. Her jaw dropped as she looked at him, "You are evil." She said taking the shot, "Ok. Never have I ever been given some annoying nickname like 'Wadeykinz'."

He didn't drink, he just blinked at her.

"Wait... someone calls me that? Who?! I'm gonna thrash 'em!"

He was so slow sometimes.

Siobhan burst out laughing, "You better drink, Wadeykins." She said teasing him, "Marilyn Grayson calls you that. To everyone when she goes on about how hunky you are. She really likes ya." She said with a smirk

He took a drink, looking annoyed.

"Oh yeah, Marilyn," he groaned, rubbing his eyes. "Don't ya fuckin' dare start callin' me that and all. Kay..."

He thought of taking it up a notch.

"Never have I ever had sex."

Siobhan looked over at him and laughed, "I don't know. I can't make any promises." She was still laughing when he took his turn. Wait, really? He was a virgin? Why was that such a surprise to her. She didn't move. She didn't drink. She just looked at him, "Never have I ever kissed a guy." It was kinda embarrassing. But it was part of the game

Wade drank, then she didn't drink. Apparently he didn't know how to play this game, because it was getting confusing.

"Wait - I'm drinkin' to sex. So I have had sex. But you ain't. And you haven't even kissed a guy..."

He looked at her for a moment, then laughed loudly.

"Never kissed a guy?!"

"You haven't had sex. You weren't supposed to drink silly. You drink if you HAVE done it." She said laughing, "and no. I've never kissed a guy. It's not that funny. I just... Want it to be with someone I actually care about. I'm a girl. I have emotions." She said rolling her eyes.

"But I have. When I was thirteen. Chantelle Tolly - girl I used to go to school with. Like muggle school or whatever."

He said it with a pretty straight face.

"Maybe you should just get it over with, havin' not kissed anyone's kinda lame."

He snorted.

"Alright - never have I ever got naked in the common room," he said, grinning.

Siobhan thought for a moment before shaking her head. It hurt to think with the alcohol affecting her brain, "Let's just call that a blonde moment." When he suggested she should get it over with she thought for a moment. Maybe he was right? Wait a minute, naked in the common room? She laughed before taking a sip, "It was a dare." She kept thinking about what he had said. It was kind of embarrassing. She picked the bottle up and took a long swing before setting it down. She then, leaned over and pressed her lips to his. If anything, she would blame it on the alcohol.

"Even I ain't done that."

She had guts.

There was a short lull of silence where she slammed back a lot of the bottle, then before he had time to give her shit about it, she'd leaned forward and smooched him. Wade's eyes went wide. The fuck?! It wasn't bad though. He wasn't exactly going to dislike it.

"Ya such a light weight," he teased, but he was tugging on her arm with a lazy sort of smile, wanting her to be in his lap.

She was about to say something back when she felt him tugging on her arm. She was confused for a moment before realizing what he was doing. She slid into his lap and smirked at him, "I'm not a light weight. I'm Irish. We don't do light weight." Then she kissed him again. She kind of liked it. He tasted like a combination of the alcohol and something sweet. Was it... Chocolate? She didn't know. She didn't really care. She just liked it.
