He knew the Forbidden Forest wasn't the greatest place to be at this time of night, but James had to get away from his siblings for a bit so he could breathe. He had learned of the fight Lily initiated, and he was upset about it. All he wanted was for it all to blow over! Then there was Albus confronting Lien when there was zero need to. Why were they making the situation worse? He could just scream for all of the creatures to be disturbed. On the other hand, whatever he felt while in the kitchens with Atticus proved to be a great motivator to eat substantially; This was the first day in, how long has it been, since he felt this lively; it felt nice to feel something other than anger, sadness, and emptiness even if it was only temporary.

James took off his invisibility cloak and stuck it in his bookbag once he was far enough into the forest to not be spotted through a window. Well, it made a nice change of scenery from the few spots on campus he'd been cycling around for the past few days. He whistled a small tune as he pulled out his song notebook; he hadn't touched it since a few days before the dance. It was odd to think about really. Not knowing exactly where he was going to go with it, he began jotting down random lyrics that came to mind as a rustling noise was made nearby.

Ceph couldn't believe that Ptolemy did what he did, while Cephy liked causing trouble, but it wasn't right to do too James, and it wasn't because Cepheus had been hooking up with him in secret, but Cephy knew the struggle of dealing with your sexuality, and it is a crime because you loved the same gender. The world needed to accept more, and he'd be damned if anyone saw this side of Cepheus who was willing to feel anything for what happened.

The Slytherin entered the Forest and took a look around. He hoped to find James here, and when he got to a clearing, a smirk came across his face. "Well I see Daddy Potter, stood by his word," spoke Cepheus. He had hoped this would maybe give them some kind of leeway, "You know there is nothing wrong with loving the same gender right." he said as he walked closer to James giving him a dark glare. "Tonight you don't look half bad," he spoke in a solemn tone.

Although James would've welcomed it if it was Lien, as he'd find out immediately if there was hatred, he was relieved that it wasn't a prefect in the slightest bit. He also would've been pissed if Lily or Albus had followed him around without him realizing; there were a lot of occasions where his siblings didn't get a single hint. James stopped writing in his notebook and shoved it back into his backpack.

"Yer lucky I came out 'ere 'cause of my siblins' bein' exhaustin'." After all, James had been trying to avoid as many people as possible so he could process everything. "I know there isn't. Just didn't know how to deal..."

Now that he thought about it, it was rather unusual how nobody at Hogwarts had caught onto his actual gay flings. Broken clock?

Unable to stop from smiling, he chuckled. "I looked worse..."

Although Cepheus was too psycho for strings attached, there was something he found absolutely intriguing about the darkness in his eyes. It wasn't like anything he'd seen for most of his life.

Cephy hoped that James didn't plan on spending his entire life locked in one huge bubble, and learned to embrace his sexuality like Cephy had managed to do. A bit of a sympathetic smirk came from Cephy, "I understand, but I hope you know I bear no responsibility for what happened to you." he said putting his heart over his chest. "That is understandable, but if you'd like we could talk about that," he said as he walked over and took a seat by James.

He knew James looked worse, but he had to admit, the male was trying to keep himself together. "I find it admirable you are trying to at least hold it together for once," he spoke with a bit of sigh right now. "You know I am not exactly speaking to them after they did this to you," he said with a smirk. People liked to think that he was super close to Pandora, and them, but right now he couldn't bear being around them.

"I know. That fuckin' bitch Nott's behind it. Atticus is cool, he, uh, got me to eat again..."

He still wasn't in his best shape for the match, but it was a major improvement over what he was within the first few days since the dance. "Nah, don't feel like talkin' 'bout it much..."

If anything, James was craving physical touch. He talked and ranted and cried plenty to Lily and Louis. He felt done with talking until he could muster up the courage to work things out with Lien; it was horrible how he got dragged into this mess.

James scooched himself closer to Cepheus. There was a reason why he was closed off from his siblings in all sorts of ways; he knew there'd be some judgment. "Yer not? How are ye gettin' away with 'at?"

Cepheus liked to think over the years, that he had managed to develop a master plan to escape the gang. They didn't have him wrapped around his fingers like they thought he did. They were all a disgrace if you were to ask him to the name of wizarding, and what their great families stood for. "Of course she was, and she's out for everyone who dares to question her beliefs, and it's exhausting if you asked me," he said with a shrug.

If he could use an unforgivable on that group except for his sister, he'd highly consider it.

He didn't ask anymore when James didn't want to talk about it, but he felt like he'd end up driving himself down a whole if he were to not talk about it, but he had to admit, this was an opportunity for Cepheus. Watching James scoot closer to him, Cepheus let out a smirk, "It takes developing a master plan, and if you ask me, I don't the group could handle being away from each other." he spoke as he watched James.

The male found James very handsome tonight, and he let out a sigh. "Would you want to take your mind off it, because I promise the adrenaline from fucking always takes the pain away," he spoke after years of experience. He'd always run into Knockturn Alley, and shag with someone, when shit went down at the Carrow mansion.

At least he has the support of a fuck buddy? What were they really? They obviously weren't dating or anything like that, nor did he really want to unless he couldn't find anyone else. His heart was set on Lien. His nether-regions necessarily weren't when the mood struck. He needed some sort of distraction other than becoming a father so that maybe, for a few minutes, Lien would be off his mind.

"What did ye think I came out 'ere for?"

James flung himself onto Cepheus and began kissing him; he needed to let off all of this pent up energy.

Cepheus was glad that James flung himself on him, and Cepheus had begun kissing him back. He had to give it to Potter, he had been an incredibly good kisser. It had also felt like the best payback to his sister's gang, as he continued to kiss James and made his way down his neck.

This was the perfect way to spend the night, and Cepheus loved getting a quickie in.

He squirmed hurriedly as he glided his hands up Cepheus' back. Urgh, James needed this badly. None of his movements were deliberate; this was all about getting a dopamine kick and letting off stream. As his eyes closed, Lien's face and style of clothing were imposed on top of Cepheus. He could imagine the silky smoothness of his skin; how good did he taste? There were so many questions he wanted answered.

"Hold me," he softly moaned.

Ceph felt his adrenaline pumping as he made work of James, and kept kissing him incredibly passionately. He knew Alayna would be turning in her grave if she knew what was conspiring right now. After a bit, Ceph listened when James told him to hold him, and he held his closing, put his face on his head, and gave him kisses. He didn't think he'd ever feel bad for someone, but he felt like James was weak right now.

Moving his arms down, his brain imagined that he had wrapped himself around Lien. A part of him knew that, in reality, this wasn't the case. Their body types were too similar instead of having some contrast. Light moans escaped from him as he helped Cepheus with his buttons. His body arched from the kisses alone. He desperately needed this outlet.
