never fully dressed without a smile (open)

Lakelyn wasn't used to dressing up, so when she walked into the dance it became pretty clear to her that she wasn't quite as formally dressed as many of the girls were. Though, she didn't mind, really. She wasn't sure that she would ever be able to walk in some of the shoes that a lot of the other girls were wearing, give her a broom and her balance was perfect, make her walk on toothpick like heels, she would fall on her face in an instant! At least there were some of her peers who weren't dressed super formally like her. She glanced around, looking for someone that she would be able to talk to who she wouldn't be disrupting by doing so.
