Aeris was in the common room attempting to do her nails when it began thundering ferociously. How often did they get thunderstorms in the middle of winter? It wasn't remotely a surprised that it disrupted her precious nail painting time. It was a good thing she could use her magic to clean up the mess if she wasn't too lazy to pull out her wand. "Can't we just make the storm go away?" Or were they unable to meddle with Mother Nature too much? Either way, this wasn't pleasing her at the least. It was a good thing Carina had just pushed a kid out and was no longer at Hogwarts as it meant she could work on rightfully usurping that throne of popularity.
