Drogros cracked open another beer. The litter of several other cans lied at his feet, as he stretched out on the roof of the Hogs Head. There was quite a good view from there. It was the highest roof in Hogsmeade, and was at such an angle that it framed the scene perfectly.

This was so extraordinary. He'd been there for a few wizard battles in the past, but none had broken out so unexpectedly as this. Communicating with Aezoria, he gave his location and told her to meet him for a night time of wonder.

Aezoria popped over to the roof of the Hog's Head as soon as she could. She conjured herself something luxurious to be against; there was no way she would let her whole look be disturbed by roof shingles. "This is exciting! I haven't seen anything this good since the Bay of Pigs!"

"Beer?" He asked, offering one.

He laughed, and turned back to look at the party.

"It's much better than being at the cinema," He agreed, "I wasn't there. Now when was that... sixty years ago? Not great with my dates, as you know. Might've been around the time when that Kennedy bloke was still knocking about."

Someone exploded the side of a building, and he put his arms up as though on a rollercoaster. "Whey!"

She took the beer and opened the can to take a drink. "It isn't champagne, but it'll do... We can save the champagne for the afterparty!" Excellent idea!

"Yes, it was. I got to directly watch it myself, situated in a beautiful tree! Of course, I appealed to the sexes the way they'd want at the time. I was a real pinup darling." Aezoria giggled as she watched as somebody caught on fire. "Oooh, maybe we'll have a new friend down there!"

"I was around here back then, I think. Pirate radio - had a lot to do with that."

The burning wizard was very pleasing to watch, although the entire scene was making him think.

"Don't think this will go far enough to get them here, do you?" He asked her, raising his eyes skyward to indicate the heavens. "You know what they're like. They always want to put a dampener on things when it's getting exciting. Then again, who knows, this could be part of their great plan that they bang on about."

The Angels that came down were always very serious, no-nonsense sort of beings.

"Interesting! For someone who slacks, you are quite into communications! I, on the other hand, introduced the joy of vibrations." Aezoria took great pride in that. "Think I should get a group thing going down there? It'd add some smut to the plot."

She shrugged. "Maybe. Maybe not. Lots of prayers go unanswered anyway..."
