Ethan was kind of pissed that he had to transfer schools in the middle of the semester. He had to leave his school, his friends, his band! All because his dad got some stupid promotion at work, now suddenly his life is upside down and spoke with a weird accent.

He sat outside the head mistresses office waiting to be called in to do some sorting thing they did there. He stood when the door opened and stepped inside. "Youse got you a nice office, Head Mistress." He said at least trying to be respectful. He may not want to be there, but he still had manners.

He saw the hat the head mistress was holding and raised an eyebrow, "I think it may be time to update the accessories in your wardrobe, miss. That hats a bit old, ain't it?" He jumped a bit when the hat spoke once it was put on his head.

If Eloisa had a choice, she wouldn't have left Brazil for England. She would've stayed with what was familiar. She would've stayed with what was home. However, there was no choice. Due to her brother's new position as a professor, the headmistress had opted for her and her younger sibling to be sorted as quickly as possible to make integration easier when term started up.

The office looked inviting at least...

When he had transferred over from being homeschooled, he had a mission and that mission was to watch over his older brother's future bride. That was it. He was there on duty, nothing else really. So he stood there waiting and watching as everyone got called to see what house they belonged in, he honestly couldn't think or even remotely believe what house he would get. It could be anything really, he just had a personality that would let him fit in anywhere, it was hard to not just fit in really.

"Kieran Count" Kieran looked up to see the house hat and the Headmaster looking at him, he shrugged not at all worried as he stepped up to the stole and waited to see where he would get placed. Honestly anything was good for him.

Petra had arrived to the school, just a young little eleven year old just wondering what house she would get and if she would make any kind of friends. Petra loved making new friends but she didn't like the stuck up people who liked to think they were better then her. Her father had told her that you never trust so easily, you get to know someone before you even remotely put some sort of trust in someone, she decided to keep that.

"Petra Grindelwald!" She heard the gasps around her, obviously shocked that she was the granddaughter of the once ruthless Grindelwald. Petra rolling her brown eyes as she went to the chair and sat down, confident that she would get a good house.

Cepheus felt the excitement growing inside him as he waited for his name to be called. All he could think about was trying to make his father and being sorted into Slytherin. Although he knew that was not always possible, but he was willing to see how it went. The male felt good things going towards him and he waned to be the best in his year.

It didn't take long until he heard his name called.

"Carrow, Cepheus"

The boy soon went up and took a seat and had the had placed on his hat. Waiting he could feel he tensions growing and was curious what house he would end up making.

Lisbet was the transfer student so she had to go headmistress office to be sorted into the house. The girl didn't really care that much which house she will end up being, all of this didn't really matter to her at all. All she just wanted was get to know her house and be out of this office. She has never been a fan to spend time with her school head more than needed.

She wasn't really very patient one for sure when it came to this. She really wanted it to be hurried up so she could already leave and figure out what this school has to offer to her. And find that one person she was supposed to help figure out who she is here.

The sorting day this was something was always curious about and was excited about to get to know what house she might end up being in. She has no real expectations about it. All she knew she wouldn't be in Slytherin house. She never was anything like that house.

The girl was waiting patiently among other students until she heard her name to be said. She walked over the chair and took a seat. The had was placed on her head and she listened what it said. She was just trying to stay the calm there. She was now all of a sudden bit of nervous. She didn't want to disappoint her older siblings.

The girl took a deep breath and just smiled.

Oliver didn't know what to expect, his whole life he believed himself to be a human.. Or well Muggle as the witches and wizards like to say, never did he think he was special enough for this type of responsibility but here he was and here he was going to stay. Ollie being the little eleven year old boy who used to simply stay to himself in the orphanage planned on trying to branch out as much as he possibly could. So when he heard his name get called by the talking hat! Yes! Talking hat, he was more then happy to find his way on the chair and waiting to hear his results.

Little Claudette stood in the line to go through her sorting. Being that her last name began with a V, she realized that it was going to be a bit of a wait. Though, she was nervous as she waited. She could hear the sounds of the other students talking in the Great Hall as she waited to enter and that made her all the more excited. She hoped that the hat would put her in a house where she could make friends, where she could succeed. But only time would tell. She had heard from other kids on the train that the hat was supposed to be able to see inside of you and know exactly where you belonged. She found herself hoping that was true as she sat on the stool and the hat was placed on her head.

Jocelyn was so excited to be there. She had been devastated when Ethan left. But now they were going to be reunited again and everything would be perfect, just like it had been at home. When she stepped into the headmistresses office, she saw a hat sitting on a stool. What was that about? She sat and twirled her thumbs as the head mistress set the hat on her head and spoke

Doran really didn't think his sorting through as he waited for getting sorted. He just wanted to make his dad proud and be able to be ass good as his sisters. After all he was the one who would end up carrying on the name after his dad died. So he had to make him happy, but he knew Mackenzie was someone who would definitely help him. He went up after hearing his name.

Taking a seat he waited to be sorted.

This would be the second time in two years that Maverick had had to go through a sorting ceremony to see which house he belonged in. He found himself wishing that he could just have somehow stayed back in Boston where he belonged, but that wasn't going to happen. No, where his family went, he had to go too. Luckily, this sorting didn't have to take place in the great hall in front of everyone else since he wasn't a first year. But that didn't make it any less bothersome.

He sat down on the stool provided to him and let them place the hat onto his head, not really caring one way or the other which house he was sorted into. It's not like he knew all that much about Hogwarts houses anyway. This was all new to him.

Ryder remembered his sorting like it was yesterday. Little Ryder, eleven years old, surrounded by the people that would become like family to him over the years. He couldnt wait to meet his new friends and start making memories he would cherish forever. He remembered the bit of fear in him when his name was called. But something in him had told him he needed to be brave.

So he walked up to the headmistress and took a seat on the stool. He flinched a bit when the hat, that was set on his head, made a sound. Hats didnt usually make sounds. The hat stayed silent for a moment before shouting,"...."
