ice hands and feet (james)

Roxanne knew her school year was going to go by fast, because right now they were already in the second half and she hated it. The female didn't know what she wanted to do with her life, but she that she would need to figure it out soon enough. So she sent a owl to her cousin for insight, because right now that had sounded like a really good plan, and she needed that.

Taking a seat by the lake she had put her feet up and waited for her cousin to come. Even if she knew James might not be of help, but a friendly face always made something happen. Although she knew doing some graffiti would also help her.

Although today she wanted to chat.

James was surprised when, he, of all cousins, was asked for advice. He was probably the last person someone should go to in the entire family. Whatever. It'd get him out and about.

He arrived at the lake and saw Roxanne sitting right by it.

"Aunt 'Mione would probably be of better help..."

Roxanne knew her Aunt Hermione would be of better help, but she didn't really want to go to her.

"I know, but I just want peer chatting." she sighed.

"You are the only one who doesn't have a stick up your ass!"

Even if Louis didn't either. She got on better with James,

"Then why do you always get your knickers in a knot?"

He always did that and not to mention he was always moopy.

"No you don't. But you could be a little more upbeat."

She wanted to believe he was lying to himself. And she sensed the expectations were real for him.

"I don't even know how to some days."

He had to be honest.

"Maybe live a little."

Okay she needed to bring him to one of her events.

"How about you come with me to a art burnout?"

An art burnout?

"What the fuck is that?"

”It’s an art festival. Like you cast votes and shit.”

"It's not the kind of burnout you think it is."

It was a lot more peaceful than that. She didn't like actual burnouts.

"You're implying I actually know what a burnout is."

Sure, James had some smarts, but he wasn't a walking dictionary or anything.

Roxanne asked as a burnout could be smoking pot or some random party.

“I’m questioning your future. I hope you know that.”

He crossed his arms. "Apparently, I'm smarter than you as it just occurred to me that burnout is a psychological term!"

She knew what a burnout meant and she rolled her eyes. “I know that. Do you realize words have a lot of other meanings or are you that thick?” she asked him.

“Would you rather me say festival where we smoke pot?”

Roxanne asked a little fustrated.

"If it's just that, why didn't you say it?"

He really thought she should've gone to Louis instead.

“And I think you smoke too much fucking pot!”

She wasn’t the greatest, but at least she was in reality.
