With the grounds still being sectioned off, James had sent Azazel a note to meet him in one of the castle's hidden corridors to chat; it was only recently that he was allowed out of the hospital wing, and he wanted to get away from all of the vitriol as much as he could. He had been experiencing an array of emotions that he usually didn't open himself up to. On one hand, James slowly felt a weight being lifted off his shoulders, but he also felt a sense of sadness and anger due to what wound up serving as the catalyst.

He paced around the corridor hoping to remain inconspicuous. His heart was pounding with anticipation.

After receiving a note from James asking him to meet, the young man had second thoughts about going to the meeting spot. In the end he had decided to go as whatever caused him to act the way he did had worn off and the other had forgotten everything and was upset over what he did.

Azazel arrived ten minutes after James did and smiled when he saw him pacing. "James," he said finally as he pushed his long black locks over his shoulder.

He smiled when Azazel actually came; James had been feeling quite lonely lately.

"Why didn't you visit me?"

It would've been nice to have seen him while he was recovering.

Azazel sighed when James asked why he did not visit him, he honestly wanted to but was also hurt seeing him with others. The young man did not understand that it was just the dark thorn at the time. Now that he knew he felt foolish for not going to see him in the hospital wing.

"I feel ashamed of that I just felt hurt to see you with others and did not know what was going on," he explained as he looked down at the ground.

"You didn't visit me because you got jealous? I had no clue what I was doing! My memory of that night is just about repressed."

James sighed and looked down.
