Night on the town. (Deimos)

Amaryllis wasn't used to actually taking nights off. If she could, she was picking up overtime in order to help herself climb up the ladder within the ministry. Maybe she hadn't gotten all that far in doing so just yet, but she knew that her time was coming. When she was forced to take some time off, she decided that it was best to really allow herself to unwind. She wasn't one who was usually seen at a night club type establishment but it also wasn't unheard of. Tonight was one of those nights that she found herself walking into Euphoria. She had dressed nicely, her hair left down in golden waves. The club was already pretty full and before she even made it over to the bar for a much-needed drink, someone bumped into her and she nearly toppled over.

Starting a night ‘early’ wasn’t unusual for Deimos. He sometimes started a night in the morning, or a morning in the middle of the day. Needless to say, he was an addict of just about everything your Mother would blush about. Or, if your Mother was at all like Deimos’s, she would say do as you please, because you are my special little boy.

Already at a level of comfortably drunk, he’d staggered a bit when making way to the bar again. Bumping into someone was either an opportunity to fight or an opportunity to flirt. When he saw a flounce of curls and clutched to this girl’s arm to prevent her falling over entirely, he knew exactly what kind of an opportunity this was.

”Sorry lo— oh. Hello...” He grinned leeringly at her. ”I can’t have this. You’re at least three drinks behind everyone else, aren’t ya?”

Amaryllis hadn't been expecting someone to bump into her as she was simply trying to make it to the bar, so she had been caught off guard and nearly lost her balance. It was only the man's fingers closing around her arm that managed to keep her on her feet. She could tell that he was definitely already at a level of intoxication that was probably higher than she would ever let herself get in public, but he had been kind enough to keep her from making a fool of herself and falling off of her very high heels. So, she guessed she owed him something at least.

The look he gave her was one she wasn't sure she was entirely comfortable with, but she smiled politely anyway. "Oh, well, I guess I probably am. I only just got here." She said in a somewhat reluctant tone.
