Camille being Camille, she wanted to welcome the new Care of Magical Creatures professor the best way she knew how: a gift basket. She didn't know what exactly he liked, but she hoped he appreciated the thought. Having sent him a letter to go to the staff lounge, Camille waited for him standing near the table where the gift basket sat.

Having received the letter in his own private quarters earlier that evening, he had been wondering just what he was being called into the staff lounge for. It was too early for him to have somehow gotten into trouble, wasn't it? Though, he wasn't sure why else he would be called there. When he walked in, he was surprised to see a woman there with a gift basket. He smiled a bit as he spoke. "You wanted to see me?" He asked, feeling things out before he made a fool of himself and assumed the gift basket was for him and was told it wasn't.

The deputy headmistress's smile was infectious and he felt his apprehension of this meeting melting away as a bit of a smile tugged at his own lips. "This is a pleasant surprise." He said as she welcomed him to the crew. "Thank you, this is very thoughtful." He took the basket as she handed it to him, surprised to have been welcomed so warmly but pleasantly so.

She always loved the idea of team-building with fun games and icebreakers. Plus, Camille didn't want new employees to feel out of place.

"That would be very helpful." He said with a bit of a smile, he hadn't really met any of his fellow professors, though he also had no idea the kind of meeting she was thinking about. His idea of a meeting to get to know the rest of the staff was telling life stories over drinks or something. Boy, was he in for a surprise. Then again, getting to know other professors was bound to be different than getting to know other people who worked out in the field with dragons.
