It felt nice to be in his element enjoying the picturesque sights of Blackrock; it felt nice to be in his element with the one person he enjoyed spending his time most - Cairo. He was a coward with his feelings. He forced himself into the friendzone as he was unable to find the courage to say something about his feelings for his friend.

Macmillan sipped some Lava Flow from the hollowed coconut it was in and he kept his other hand in his pocket holding onto a pendant he was going to give to Cairo. He didn't expect to get him for Secret Santa, but he just wanted to make his friend's day.

"I got you a little something."

Hopefully this drink would help him feel not as anxious.

Cairo was actually excited, to be having a night at the beach with Macmillan, he had no idea for the other's feelings but he just wanted to have someone to talk about surfing with, and maybe watch the sunset drifting on their boards. When the other mentioned that he got him something he had no idea how to react as they had not talked about gift exchange. "Oh?" He asked curiously, as he sipped his drink.

Cairo's curiosity began to get the best of him and he tried to figure out what he would have got him, and why. 'Did he get me for secret Santa?' He thought to himself, that seemed highly unlikely but it could be a possibility, or the other just wanted to get him a gift even though they hadn't discussed it, whatever the case Cairo was happy that he had thought of it. Maybe he could pay for a room at the hotel for them.

Macmillan pulled the pendant out of his pocket and opened the palm of his hand showing it to the other. "Merry Christmas, Cairo." Tingling, tingling. Agh.

He quickly sipped the rest of his drink. Why were his palms getting sweaty over handing a pendant? He couldn't help but to check Cairo out. Welp. Time to wave at Bill for a refill.

There he go, a refill. He took a few more sips.

"I hope you like it."

Was Macmillan going to do something stupid? Possibly with the alcohol in his system.

Cairo's eyes grew wide when he saw the pendant, he didn't just like it he loved it. "It is beautiful Macmillan," he said as he took it and put it on right away, he was never going to take it off. He noticed that his friend was also acting a little strangely and wondered what was going on, however he just shrugged it off and took another sip of his drink.

He smiled. "Great! I saw it and thought of you."

Macmillan kept staring at those lips. Oh, fuck it. What could he do? He was starting to not give much of a fuck.

Swiftly, he pulled Cairo in for some tongue gymnastics. Macmillan definitely wasn't thinking it thoroughly, if he was at all, but at this point it didn't matter.

Cairo had no idea what was happening when Macmillan took him by the mouth and played with his tongue, he kissed back and once the seperated he called for the check, it seemed that a hotel room was indeed needed.
