The fire in the night (open, rf)

Cece was taking full advantage of the fact that her big brother was head boy and was throwing a bonfire party in the forbidden forest. She was excited to finally be throwing herself her first party at Hogwarts. She was always going to other people's parties. She wanted to do one of her own now. She stood by the fire sipping on a cup of some form of liquor Harrington had gotten in hogsmeade as she waited for others to arrive.

Although he acquired a phial of Alkahest from the family store, Thius was finding himself more touched by Cece's show of congratulations. There was more heart and feeling in it. Their sibling relationship went through a tough period over the summer, but it, luckily, didn't erode the solidarity and care they had for each other, especially now that they didn't have to deal with Hector everyday.

Sitting with his girlfriend, Thius enjoyed the warmth of the fire as it was a particularly cold evening, yet he was only wearing a black short-sleeved shirt and some jeans. He found out a bit too quickly that a light jacket near the proximity of the bonfire was just going to turn him into a sweating machine yet again.

"Sister, who did you invite?" he asked her, wrapping his arm around Bellona. "I had the impression that this was supposed to be just the few of us and the Tokugawas?"

If he had been duped into something more reckless than a casual gathering, he was simply going to have to deal with it the best he could...
