The idea of good people was a thing that you lost a long time ago and it was a thing where it would end up ruining the good man you once were. Before the night, the only Slytherin they could see was a boy who had an ambition. An ambition  to one day become an auror and defeat a man who killed your mother due to her having an affair with a muggleborn who just happened to be your father and leaving you to be raised by your purist uncle.

You weren’t the best students during your years at Hogwarts, but everyone knew you due to being one of the best Slytherin keepers ever seen. It was no lie that you would end up becoming one of the most popular guys. Although despite being popular you were always regarded as one of the best, kindest in school who just happened to be ambitious.

No one knew you would end up becoming a haunted man.

After Hogwarts you had escaped your uncle and began attending Baccalo University where you are in the top ten in your major. A star on one of the Quidditch teams, and also where you had found yourself falling in love with a woman who would end up fathering your two children. The two of you met at one of your championships. The night was beautiful and it was the woman who you lost too, and after a year of dating the two of you were welcoming your first child into the world, and they were your world.

A child you loved to all ends.

It was about a year about graduating university, the two of you got married, and it was gold, and you were just starting out at the Ministry, at the bottom of the totem pole in the Magical Law Enforcement office, and it was a job that didn’t take long for you to move up in the ranks where you became an auror, and also where you would witness your friend get killed by a rogue Hitwizard who was issued by a foreign Ministry member.

That was step one and it would end up putting a screw in your marriage.

As you would barely come home and your wife just had your second child, and you were far too traumatized to enjoy that moment. It killed every part of you and you didn’t care much about that child due to the joy being out. All you cared about was work, and it would end up putting you into several therapy classes, and none seemed to fix anything in your marriage. Until you spoke to the last therapist who wanted you to attend your own.

Which you did and it seemed like it was helping.

Until that night where you had come home to learn that while you were working that your wife was tempering into dark magic. That she had joined a movement, and was on the radar for several years to find her lying dead and your daughter crying beside her, and where you would end up learning that a man who tracked dark wizards and witches, had come home, and slain her letting both children watch, and then stole your youngest child claiming to give it a better life while you were left to raise your daughter. It was also where you vowed to not trust anyone, and the only love you showed was for your daughter. Also where you end up looking into your wife's work, and would find the group she was apart of.

A group you would end up joining, after finding it was her wish.

To see a world where purism would one day become real, and also learning that due to your blood status your wife had no love for you. Despite her want for you to finish her work, and it was when you vowed to one day get back at everyone, who could have ruined your wife, and also where you thrived for a purist world.

To show her that you were capable of much more.

Now it’s been five years, and you are trying to complete her work. Prove to a dead woman that you are worthy of so much more, and are capable of being a purist. While raising your daughter to choose her own path, and one day get your other daughter back from the man that took her away from you, and had plans to one day kill them.

As well as kill anyone who stopped you in the process, all while being a valued member of the Auror Department, and finding your own way to destroy it from within.
