Other Distinguishing Features: He has a tatoo on the back of his hand that he is a little shy about, though it is just a pattern. Probably has to do with it being pink.
Clothing Style: Often times he wears beige clothing, though the brand is unfamiliar to the school's faculty. Probably due to him being from somewhere foreign, but no one really knows where. Though he is sometimes seen in his pink pajamas. He must've had an embarrassing incident where he came from based on how he talked about it.


Rutuk is a distinctly pushy person, often avoiding big conversations and questions. His part in a conversation is often reserved to some words from himself, but he is agitated with prolonged conversation. There isn't a clear reason behind this secretive nature, but he has a clear temper. When alone he is much more relaxed, but it still seems as though he is on his guard, almost as though someone was watching, and waiting for a mistake. He has a tendency to stay up late. Often in his house, he is the last to fall asleep and the first to wake up. Other times though, he is often sleeping in a private and secluded area. One student heard him snoring in a bathroom stall apparently. This student has also encountered him prior and they say he's even more skeptical and angry with them. When asked, Rutuk said that they made him nervous in more ways than he liked to admit. He seems to also display some odd social traits. From a warped understanding of the world, to the occasionally shaky sentence, it does cause a little confusion at times. He is a fast learner, but magic seems entirely new to him despite being a self claimed 4th year. In fact, there was a report that said he had only gotten his wand just before transferring to the school. Even more strange is his reactions and curiosity about food of all things. He didn't seem to realize what chocolate was originally either. He loves food, but he's also the type who hates when someone doesn't knock before coming in.


Due to many mysteries surrounding his original school, it is being looked into if he had actually been in a school prior to Hogwarts. He originally claimed to be from Sweden, but there were many things that suggested otherwise as well. His accent is strange and difficult to pinpoint, but it certainly wasn't Swedish. When investigating around Edinburg, there was no sign of a family. When asked about family, he had glanced around and tried to change the subject. Further personal questioning was avoided for the sake of not pushing him. It was a assumed his parents , where ever they are, were pureblood due to his powerful magical capability. When he was asked about his family he started to shiver and some ice had formed on the ground, he was thrown off by it as well. The investigation is still in process, but is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding the wizarding world.
