It was nearing curfew, and Eloisa was still in the study area feeling utterly exhausted trying to catch up to her classmates. Why couldn't she just work towards an equivalent diploma instead? There was no reason for her to be in a totally different place academics wise, especially since she felt fairly independent despite shacking with all of her siblings. In most of her classes, she was either bored or confused. It was rare when she felt as if she was up to speed with the rest of the class. It didn't help that people only wanted to befriend her because of her brother.

"How long have I been in here..?" she muttered to herself.

Savannah had just finished her major cram session for Potions and noticed it was nearing curfew. She gathered her belongings and made her way towards the exit of the study area when she saw another student. She decided to let the girl know it was nearing curfew, in case she didn't know, "Hey. You know it's getting rather late, right?"

Looking up, Eloisa saw that another girl approached her. None of the words she tried to read earlier had absorbed into her brain; she was screwed. "N-no, I didn't..." This was awkward! Rubbing her eyes, she attempted to track down the closest clock. "What time is it?"

Savannah looked at the clock on the wall and read it aloud, "It's almost 9 o clock." She looked back at the girl and gave a weak smile, "Do you need help gathering your stuff?" She didn't mind sticking around to help the girl, "I'm savannah, by the way. Savannah Harrington. You're new here right?"

"Oh wow! What time is curfew again..?" Eloisa barely adjusted to the bell schedule in relations to class. Before and after? It was lucky when she managed to wake up at a consistent time; she was extremely homesick for Brazil, and Britain felt lifeless in comparison. She hadn't found something to reel her in. "Oh, yeah, sure, that'd be great..." How long had it been since she felt in her element?

"Yeah, I'm new. My name is El." Maybe just giving her nickname would draw attention away from who her brother was.

"I think it's at 9:30." She said, trying to remember exactly when curfew was. This was around the time she normally headed back for the dorms on her own will, so she didn't really pay attention to it much. She started stacking the pieces of parchment and put the folders in a stack. "It's nice to meet you, El."

Damn! It is getting rather close to curfew then if that was the case. The schedule was confusing to her as it seemed as if the younger years had curfew sooner while the prefects or whoever were able to stay out longer. "Nice to meet you as well." Eloisa began closing her book. Where did she stick her bag again? She had a difficult time keeping track of her possessions despite none of them moving an inch.

She noticed her searching for something and then saw a bag bunched up under the table. She leaned down and picked it up and held it out to her, "Think this is what you're looking for." She said and then handed her the folders with the papers inside them, "So what were you studying?" She wondered if it was anything she had any knowledge on

Oh, so that's where her bag was! Eloisa breathed a sigh of relief as she grabbed the bag from Savannah. She needed to keep better track of her possessions! "I'm not sure. I've been struggling to keep up since transferring here." She got up from the chair and observed her surroundings.

"Did they not have the same teaching structure at your previous school?" She knew durnstrang and beauxbatons we're near by. But she didn't seem like she had come from either of those schools. Perhaps Illvermony? "Where were you before here?"

"I lived in Brazil. I'm homesick for it." Britain felt so grey and depressing in comparison, especially now that all the plants were beginning to wither to make way for winter. Eloisa wished that she at least had a remedial program to attend whenever she didn't have classes.

"Brazil? Wow that sounds amazing. I've read about it there. It's beautiful." She said. "You know, if you're having any troubles with any of the work I could maybe help." She thought that maybe this girl could be her friend. It would be nice to have a friend instead of only talking to her brother and his annoying idiots.

Eloisa smiled at the girl barely registering what she was saying; it felt as if she could conk out at any moment. "That'd be nice, thanks. I feel as if I can never catch up to my classmates on the theory work!"

"Theory work is a bit of a pain. I'm much more of a hands on learner myself. And theory doesn't help that." She said holding he town books close to her chest as they walked. She would have to make sure to keep Ashton away from her. She didn't want her brother running a chance at her having a real friend because he wants to try to sleep with them.

"The weather here is too dreary. It's draining. How am I supposed to learn when I'm so far north of the equator?" At least Javier had an easier time adjusting due to already being in Europe in the past. Eloisa glanced around the corridors finding them uninviting except for a few lone, worn paper crafts attached to the walls.
