As of late, Harrison had been drinking alcohol more and more; it was the only way he felt as if he could escape from everything. Naturally, he went to the roller rink for his escapism. It reminded him of the better days. The days when he had no real responsibility. The days when he wasn't in a continually failing marriage.

This was becoming every night for him. It was a wonder how he wasn't having a more intense midlife crisis.
