Her ears rang as she was making her way onto the rink. After being so in tune with the day's quietness, Elysia was immediately immersed into the booming synth music that plagued the building. This was not her typical hang, and now she had to deal with it.

Elysia swerved around having not adjusted to being in skates yet.

He'd been at the roller rink for a good while now, and his stamina was something to contend with. Obviously, he had to sort of feign exhaustion, because it didn't actually happen. Not unless he was doing something... demonic. Rolling smoothly in circles around a rink didn't constitute as demonic, but he felt like he could be enjoying himself.

Once or twice he thought he'd seen Elysia somewhere in the rolling crowd.

Yes - there she was. He prodded her in the arm, waved, and passed her. Doing a circuit, he came back to her again.

"Bit wobbly?"

"Yes. I had to mix up my usual haunts," she responded taking a hold of his arm. "I must say, it is fascinating seeing someone of your stature in such a position."

Elysia glanced at all the people at the rink. "Other than old man Jetson, we must look like a couple of freaks."

"Is it?" He asked, genuinely worried for a few moments there.

No, it must have been just a 'turn of expression' or something. He took this opportunity to lead her, weaving through the other roller-goers. A young girl was wearing hot pants that said: Disco Diva.

"Ah, well. That's a good enough reason to be here. Flying the freak flag." The song switched onto something that he remembered being released in the 70s. He was there. Right there. "Keep it up, and I might suggest it's a good on-foot pursuit option for us when we're around muggle areas."

"What? Pretend we're professional roller skaters or something?" she asked with a laugh. "I heard there's a lot of carpet munching in roller derby..."

That was a nice thought. "Actually, that is a good cover."

"What song is this?"

He nodded, glad she was getting it. A pursuit on roller skates sounded, almost, fun. As much as it was against his nature to endure fun, or bring it to humans, he felt as though - ultimately - he was fulfilling a purpose. Belphegor wouldn't know. He was far too busy.

"Pussyfoot." He replied, simply, knowing she would probably like the sound of that.

"Where do you usually go to unwind, then? Gay bar?" He suggested, oh-so-innocently.

"Pussyfoot? I'm going to have to look for their records then!"

Elysia smiled; Drogros was the only demon she wouldn't harm really.

"Yeah, but also any pub or bar I can get my feet in."

"That's what I like to hear."

He turned, and started skating backwards now. He bumped into quite a few people, but they didn't seem to mind. It was a bit of a squeeze anyway.

"Want to get off here for a bit, wet the whistle?"

"He's here?" He asked, interested, as he pulled her off the skating area and headed towards the bar.

Was his memory shot sometimes? "Yeah... I mentioned him earlier if you paid attention!"
