Dominique is the second child of Bill and Fleur Weasley. She has an older sister and a younger brother, both of whom she loves very much. She is the most quiet of the three children, tending to keep to herself even as a child. Although she likes to be around her family, she doesn't exactly fit in with their rowdiness. She particularly likes to watch her family members interact with one another, usually from the sidelines rather than in the middle of conversation.

The girl started at Hogwarts when she was eleven, excited to start her own journey outside of the shadows of her siblings and cousins. What she didn't expect was that said shadow would follow her to school, and she would find herself liking it. Because of her famous cousins (or rather, their father's), she was no longer viewed as anything other than Dominique- on her own. She loved her family, but Dominique had craved her own identity, which can sometimes be difficult when surrounded by so many family members.

Since being at Hogwarts, Dominique hasn't made any friends, though she has a number of good quality acquaintances, and she gets along fine with the other girls in her dormitory. She considers her best friend to be Victoire, as they had grown up together and even as a fifteen year old girl, Dominique idolises her older sister.

The Weasleys are a large, close knit family. They are welcoming to anybody who is a decent person, and fiercely protective of one another. They have traditionally been quite poor, but they usually value one another over material things anyway. Bill is the oldest of seven siblings.

The Delacours are a French wizarding family. Majority of the family live in France still, while Fleur lives in England with her husband and children. Fleur's grandmother was a Veela, which makes her and her younger sister, Gabrielle, quarter Veela and her children one eighth Veela.
