Dealing out Punishments (Invite Only)

Snape did not want to be dealing out punishments yet as the school had just started, however it was brought to his attention that there was an incident on The Hogwarts Express that had to be dealt with. The Head Boy had come to him with a report that a couple of students a prefect included had caused some trouble on their way there, apparently a muggleborn had her stuff vandalized and was called a slur, which said prefect ignored.

He was furious about this and had Hades bring them in, he would not let them go unpunished, or let the incident go ignored. Snape was behind his desk when he heard a knock at the door. "Come in," he ordered and was pleased to see that Hades had got them the parties involved so quickly.

Carina entered the room with her arms folded across her chest. She was obviously pissed off about the whole situation and didn't see why she was being punished. She knew that was going to be the ending result. She stood standing as she waited for the others to arrive, opting to stay silent the entire time she waited

Rosemary entered the office afraid to have to be in the same proximity as Carrow again. She was why she avoided the party. She was why Rosemary has been sticking to Ravenclaw quarters unless she absolutely had to leave for reasons outside of classes.

"Hello, headmaster," Rosemary greeted softly.

Pandora entered the office and glared at rosemary. The stupid little bint was the reason she was in this situation in the first place. She sat in a chair and kicked her feet up on professor Snapes desk as she waited for the others to arrive

Snape watched as the students began to enter, his eyes narrowed at Pandora as she placed her feet on his desk. "Miss Carrow feet off the desk, that is an extra detention which we will discuss later," He said noting that they were still waiting on a few more to arrive, at least the main offenders in the incident had arrived already. The others were just witnesses and could give their testimonies whenever, however he thought to wait a couple more minutes before he began.

Narkissos entered the office and nodded at Snape before taking a seat. His first and only thoughts was that punishments are given as deserved based on the person. If he was lucky, he wouldn't have to deal with Malfoy's unneeded input following this discussion.

Carina walked over and shoved Pandoras feet off the desk when she refuses to remove them after professor Snapes warning "knock it off,Carrow" she said in a pissed off tone then returned to her spot leaning against the wall

After listening to everyone giving there view of the events, Snape decided that the following were guilty; Pandora for vandalizing property and calling a student mudblood, Carina for not punishing the student in a reasonable manner, the girl could have given out a detention seeing as there were no house points. For Pandora he figured time in the kitchens working under the house elves, and for her placing her feet on his desk Cauldron cleaning. Carina a suspension and whatever else Hades decides. There was also Rosemary, lines and a warning would do well for her as the girl was defending herself, and hasn't misbehaved in the prior years.

"As how I see it we have two guilty parties, however one is more over the other, Miss Carrow, you are to spend a month in the kitchen working under the house elves, and for your disrespect of my desk you are going to spend the week cleaning out Cauldrons. Miss Malfoy, you are here by suspended for two months of prefect duties and are to also do whatever Mr. Gaunt instructs you to do during those two months. Finally Miss Dursley, you are to give me a set of lines on not hexing fellow students by the end of the day, and consider this your first and final warning if you misbehave again you will be given a detention. Do you all understand your punishments?" He asked, in more of a formality if anyone voiced there objection to them he would add more to it not less.
