• The youngest of the Chang children. Her father is Cho Chang's older brother and they are not very well off as far as financial status goes.
  
• Has learned to do a lot of hemming, sewing, and things to make her brothers' hand-me-downs suitable for her as well as making them fit her much smaller frame. She has actually come to rather enjoy it.
  
• Music is her calling and she is something of a prodigy. She can play nearly any instrument just like her mother, but there is a catch. She has learned that if she gets too into the music (as she often does) that she tends to be able to control people to some extent without meaning to. It terrifies her! She mainly tends to send people to sleep but she is always afraid she will do far worse so she is trying to avoid all musical instruments so she doesn't cause anyone harm.
