The New Hire (Isabel)

Liliana ambled around the VIP, waiting for her latest interviewee. This one, much more than any of the others, interested her. Most of the people who end up apply have at least some experience in these type of places, weather on the magical or on the muggle side of things. This one though, seemed like she was new to all of this. If Liliana was honest with herself, she was rather excited about this, seeing as it's been a while since she had gotten the chance to tempt someone, to show someone the pleasures and freedom that come with sexuality. First though, she needs to get a lay of the land, and thus, an interview.

If nothing else, Liliana was going to have fun with this, dressed in one of her more tempting dresses, a V-cut that shows off her cleavage well and has slits running up her entire leg. The young woman's reaction to the outfit would certainly tell Liliana quite a bit about the girl.

Isabel wasn't even sure this was the type of job she wanted, but she had heard that it paid well and she had plenty of bills that were piling up. She wasn't able to get any type of assistance financially from her parents nor anyone else, so it all fell to her. School was expensive, and she had to pay for rent and such as well too, and wherever she worked had to be able to work around her crazy school schedule. So, a place like this seemed like the best option.

She was prompt, making sure to walk into the establishment a few minutes early than scheduled, she didn't want to make a bad first impression. She wore a business chic outfit, pencil skirt with a button up shirt that was buttoned clear to the top, looking more like she was interviewing for some fancy office job than at a place like Bloodlines, but she hoped that it would be alright.

Once she entered and told one of the staff why she was there, she was led to the VIP section and pointed towards Liliana. The woman was beautiful, definitely very confident in her own skin, something Isabel wished that she could be. She smiled brightly as she approached the woman. "Hi, I'm Isabel Burke, I'm here for an interview?" She said, trying to keep her nerves in check as she stood before the woman who just oozed confidence.

First impressions were big, Liliana knew this all too well, and her first impression of Isabel was mixed. On the one hand, the girl was prompt, which wasn't always the most pressing thing on the mind of the people who seek employment at an establishment like Bloodlines. On the other hand, this woman exuded up-tightness. From the way she dressed to her formal introduction. This wasn't a nail in the coffin though, it just meant that at the very least, Liliana was going to have some fun with the poor girl. If nothing else, Liliana could also sense the nervousness coming off the girl.

"It's very nice to meet you Isabel, come sit. There is much to be discussed, and feel free to relax a little bit, this is a place of to relax after all," Liliana states, walking over to one of the many couches that dot the VIP area, before sitting down and crossing her legs, keeping a keen eye on how the other girl reacts the the display.

"Now then, I understand that you are a college student, which is not the type that generally grace my doorstep. What brings you to this job?" Liliana asks, starting up the conversation.

Isabel tried to seem like she actually fit in a place like this, even if she felt completely out of place. She was rather used to the feeling by this point. There were very few places that she did feel like she fit in. Possibly in her classes when she was surrounded by people who had the same goals as she did. But she knew that it was necessary that she try to look comfortable here or she would never be able to get the job and therefore she wouldn’t be able to pay her tuition. Still, she was nervous.

Isabel listened to the woman’s speech, an invitation that exuded confidence as she asked Isabel to sit with her. A small nod was given as she followed the woman over to one of the booths. At least it was a nice booth, not like the one in the last place she had interviewed where they were all ripped and on the verge of unusable. ”Thank you.” she said, trying to take some confidence from the other woman as she moved with her then sat on the bench seat.

This woman seemed to exude confidence, to exude sex appeal. She was they type of woman that Isabel aspired to be. She longed to be someone who was comfortable in her own skin, who knew how to use her own attractiveness to get attention when she wanted it. She didn’t mention this, though, just tried to relax in the seat she had taken as the woman spoke once more. ”yes, I am a college student. I heard about the position here from an acquaintance, most jobs I’ve found want someone to work daytime hours and with my class schedule that’s impossible.” it was an explanation but not the whole explanation. She didn’t want to go on about how she was disowned and trying to make it completely on her own, she didn’t want sympathy. ”I don’t really have any experience... but I’m a quick learner.” She wanted to get that out upfront. Though, the woman probably already realized she was out of her comfort zone.

Liliana listened quietly, observing the girl in front of her. She could very easily sense the discomfort coming off the other girl, but there was also this, fierceness to the girl. Weather it was a desire to end up here, to fit in here, or desperation, Liliana wasn't sure. Either way though, it was something that Liliana drank in, something that she wanted to see in those she hired. Those without talent could be taught, but those without passion, even with talent, would be worthless in this industry.

As she let her finish her explanation, Liliana stood up, walking over to the bar that sat up here and pulled out a spare uniform out from behind it. "Let's see how fast you learn," Liliana says as she throws the outfit at Isabel. "Change into that, up to whatever button you are comfortable with." And with that, Liliana starts to walk down the stairs towards the main floor of the building, giving the other girl a little bit of privacy.

Isabel wasn't sure what kind of impression she was making on this woman, she had a really good poker face and even though Isabel could usually read people pretty easily, she found that she couldn't read this woman no matter how she might try. She just hoped that she was making a good impression and that this would work out. She needed it to work out. She didn't have much hope of being able to finish school if it didn't.

Then the woman stood up without a word and walked over to the bar, grabbing something and tossing it to her. Isabel caught it and found that it was a uniform of some sort. She was then told to change into the uniform and she nodded as the woman started to walk downstairs. she had been expecting to change in a bathroom or changing room, but it seemed the woman wanted her to change right there. So, she did just that, changing quickly into the uniform and leaving a few of the top buttons undone, just down to the point where she felt like her boobs might fall out if she moved the wrong way but she was still relatively safe from that happening. Was she exactly comfortable? No, but she knew that this was about pushing herself, so push herself she would. Then she moved down the stairs to once again find Liliana.

Liliana could honestly say that this girl had already surprised her. As she watched the girl walk down the stairs from the VIP area, Liliana immediately noticed how much cleavage the girl was willing to put on display, a lot more than she would have guess from her initial impressions of the girl, and that excited her. Waving the girl over to her position, she took a moment to drink in the girl in front of her, "Well, you certainly fit what I am going for here, but alas, looks aren't the only thing that are required for this job."

Walking behind one of the counters, Liliana waved for Isabel to follow her into one of the staging areas for the kitchen. Pulling out one of the serving boards, and handing it over to the girl. "I need to make sure you won't spill food everywhere."

Of course, Isabel wasn't exactly comfortable with the amount of skin she was showing, but she knew that it was necessary. She had seen the other staff when she had come in and they way they dressed in their uniforms. If she wanted to land this job then she knew that she at least needed to be able to fit in and look the part. So, she did her best to try to walk with confidence as she made her way down the stairs. She walked over to Liliana as the woman waved her closer. A slight smile given when she said that she had at least accomplished her first goal, she looked the part. Now she just had to further impress her new potential boss.

She took a deep breath as she followed behind the other woman, knowing that this part of the job would be just as important as looking like she belonged, even more so possibly. Luckily, she had never been the clumsy type. Her mother had insisted on her taking ballet and the like from a very young age to insure that she was graceful. But would that help her here? She didn't know. She took the serving board as it was handed to her and got a grip on it that she thought would keep her from spilling things. "Where do I need to go with it?" She asked, trying to seem ready to work, eager to please the woman who she hoped to be her boss. Once the directions were given, she took the food where directed, moving a bit slowly, cautiously, but what could be expected from a newbie? At least she didn't spill anything.

Liliana watched the girl carefully as she did the lap that she was instructed to do with the board. While the girl was a little slow, she had the basics well enough that could easily mold the rest. "That's good, seems like you are good enough to have a trial run with actual customers." Liliana starts to walk away, "There is some paperwork to take care of, so follow along."

Arriving in one of the back rooms, a rather non-descript office, Liliana started to pull out various papers and setting them on the desk, "How much of company policy regarding clothing and favors are you aware of?" Liliana asks.
