Macmillan was sitting against one of the walls in the corridor waiting for Cairo; as graduation loomed closer and closer, they needed to get a game plan going for when they'd finally get a place in Blackrock. He glanced around keeping an eye out for his friend.

Cairo headed down to the sixth floor to see his friend, they had things that they needed to figure out as it dawned on him they only had five more months before they graduated and if they wanted to rent an apartment at Blackrock they had to start thinking of that.

Seeing his friend waiting for him, he smiled and walked up to him, "Hey Mac," He said as he ruffled his hair playfully.

Macmillan smiled widely as Cairo entered his sight lines. Spending the first real taste of adulthood with him at the beach was going to be a real treat.

He needed to focus on the important things.

"Hey, Cai! I'm thinking we should look at the apartments that are out there within our budget."

Cairo nodded at his friend's statement, they did need to figure out what they could afford. However he had a little surprise up his sleeve, his father had told him if he graduated he would give him ten thousand galleons, he knew his father hoped he would use it for university but the hoy had no plans for that he just wanted to surf and actually had gained a sponsorship over the summer as well.

"About that we have a larger budget than what we discussed earlier," Cairo said not letting on where the money was coming from.

That was surprising, and it was mainly because neither of them had jobs.

"Well my father is giving me ten thousand galleons for graduating Hogwarts, oh I also have a sponsor for surfing so now getting paid for that as well," he said with excitement, his life was already turning out how he wanted and he was just glad to have his friend by his side through all the crazy things that were happening.

Macmillan's eyes widened in surprised upon hearing this new information.

"Seriously?! It's like Reagonomics in my family..."

Also, a sponsor? "How did you manage to get a sponsor, bro?"

Cairo grinned at his friend's response and just wanted to find them the perfect place. "You know that one competition that we entered in the summer? Well there turned out to be a scout there for future talent and they were very interested in what I managed to do," he replied just happy that he was sponsored and he handed the owl over with the information of the sponsor and that they would be proud to have him represent them in future meets.

Well, he wasn't, and he didn't have a back up plan. Macmillan didn't have a back up plan so he can prove his twat of a brother wrong.
