Flying Practice (Open)

Lakelyn couldn't believe that she had actually been given the position of Quidditch captain! She would have never expected something like that but when she had received the letter over the summer, she had been so excited! Now she just wanted to make sure that they didn't regret giving her the position. She wanted to lead Hufflepuff to winning the house cup. But if she wanted to do that, she knew that she had to stay on top of her game. So, here she was at the quidditch pitch early on a Saturday morning. Luckily, the weather was decent and the sun had found a way to shine through the nearly constant cloud cover. By the time she had finished running her drills, pieces of hair had come out of her ponytail and her cheeks were pink from the wind but there was a smile on her face as she landed.
