self-proclaimed princess ((alayna))

Hazel hated having Alayna as her boss this year, the two didn't see eye to eye. Now she had to listen to every word the self-proclaimed princess had to say. She didn't take he job seriously, but she knew that she had to respect aututrity. She had been standing outside the Astronomy Tower waiting for her round assignment for the night and hoping it wasn't bad.

She wanted to make this year good.

She wanted to get her job on, and she looked around with a bit of sigh. She crossed her arms waiting to get this round night over with. 

"What's my assignment?"

Alayna was stood outside the astronomy tower after the feat to give out assignments for this month. She looked at hazel and smirked, "Now Hazel, why such hostility. Can't this year be fun?" Of course, Alayna didn't mean most of it, "Your assignment this month is gonna be patrolling the grounds. Making sure no students go wandering after hours.im sure even you can handle such a simple task "

Hazel had stood with her arms crossed listening Alayna go on and on about her assignment. She really didn't understand who the hell was on drugs when they made her Head Girl. The two will never get along, but Hazel had a duty to Gryffindor, and she had gave Alayna a fake smile, because you knew it was a line of shit. "You know if we got along, I'd actually believe you meant those words." she said, but nothing will get Hazel to like Alayna.

"I been a prefect for three years, of course I can handle it." she said, even if she knew that the grounds was for the new prefects, but Alayna loved to make Hazel life hell. "Asher is raving about how great you are as head girl." she commented, even though she was positive it was pussy Asher was after.

Alayna rolled her eyes at Hazels statement, "In order for us to get along you would have to stop being such a spoiled bitch all the time. And I bet you're thinking I'm a hypocrite, but I'm not." There was a lot of alaynas family life that people didn't know about and she kept it that way. She was a bit surprised to hear of ashes praise of her, "Well I guess him and the professors have good heads on their shoulders and made the right choice."

Hazel rolled her eyes at Alayna’s statement, because she wasn’t a spoiled brat. She worked for what was given to her and cared deeply about those closest to her. “Alayna you right I’m spoiled and entitled, but at least I treat people with kindness and respect, and don’t think I’m above certain things.”

She let out a bit of a smile, “Maybe this job will help further you up in this world than being a house wife.” she said because it did look good on a resume. “Imagine the opportunities it’ll give you.”

God she hoped Alayna would grow up from a housewife.

Alaynas eyes narrowed in at her and her jaw clean he'd, "I suggest you watch your tone before I report you for insubordination. The professors chose me. I'm heading girl. And you need to get the fuck over it." She felt herself start to shake a bit as her anger rose, "Just go do your damn job." She turned from hazel because she refused to cry in front of her, "Please." She even added that in hopes the other girl would actually listen for once.

Hazel knew she maybe said something out of line, and she sighed. “I’m sorry Alayna.” she said, because to an extent she did care about her job. She worked hard to keep Gryffindor safe. “I never wanted to be Head Girl to begin with.” she sighed, because part of her felt like she stuck something.

“I think we should be nice because my brother likes you. I just get fustrated.” she sighed. She didn’t care much for Riddle, but she also didn’t believe in bashing someone. Alayna just got under her skin at times.

Alayna took a deep breath and wiped a stray tear before turning back around, "It's whatever. It's stuff I have to deal with, not you." She composed herself and nodded, "Your brother may have an attraction to me but we both know it's just sex with him. He's not the type to actually do a real relationship.... Right?" She didn't mean for it to come out as a question but it did. "So he... Talks about me then?" For some reason that made her all giddy inside.

Hazel knew a lot about Asher, and his love for dark arts had worried her. But she knew he deeply cared about people, “He may be a dark arts enthusiast, but he cares deeply about people.” she said giving Hazel a smile, and yes he saw girls for sex. But he also his sisters who would do anything to make sure he behaved himself. Hazel nodded with a big nod. “Yes all the time and was teasing me. He likes you.”

Alayna looked at hazel and nodded, "Alright here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna start over and try and be friends. For your brother's sake. So here goes; Hi, I'm Alayna Nott, I'm going to be your head girl this year." Atticus had told her to be nicer and try and make more friends outside Carina and Mackenzie, so she would try, for Atticus.

Hazel didn't hate anyone, but when she saw people not treated right its where she stepped in and said something. She had listened to Alayna, and for Asher she knew this had to happen. He was her brother and she do anything for him. They loved each other all very dearily. “I perfectly agree with you we need to do this for Asher.” she signed and she hoped that he'd be the one who she would listen

She watched Alayna with a smile try to start over with a grin. “Pleasure to meet you Alayna. I'm Hazel Cartwright one of the prefects for Gryffindor.” she said extending her hand, god Cherry was going to hear about this.

But Asher was her flesh and blood. You do anything for flesh and blood.

Alayna smiled and giggled a bit as they played out the scene , "Cartwright? No way. You wouldn't happen to be related to Asher would you. He's kind of my boyfriend." It was such a childish fun to be pretending like this, but she kind of enjoyed it, "I'm a Slytherin myself. But I was almost on Gryffindor." She then realized how much time has passed, "ok for real now. We gotta go do patrols."

Hazel wasn't going to question Alayna since she was her boss. “Well its a pleasure do you want to come on my patrol?” she said not being afraid to have someone to keep her company, “What made you want to date Asher?” she said curious why a girl would want anything to do with their brother.
