Ariel took every chance she could to and try escape her housemates. They just wanted to talk and Ariel wanted no part in any of it. She took her first chance to escape and then went to a place she knew could give her some peace and quiet, a particular bathroom. When she entered it she went right over to the closest area and sat down leaning head against the wall.

It was time for his sneak smoke break. What better place to do it than in the haunted bathroom? Nobody would question random smoke smells from there anyway.

Narkissos walked in quietly closing the door behind him; he didn't want to bring too much attention to this act. Before pulling out his pack of cigarettes, he noticed a housemate against a wall.

He approached her and gave a gentle tap on the shoulder. "Excuse me, Miss Moretti, may I ask what you are doing in here?" He might as well play this off as a truancy check so he could get his cigarette break in.

Ariel gave Narks a glare when he tapped her shoulder, “Jetson! Keep your hands to yourself, and it seems you forgotten I was raised by assassins.”

She didn’t care if he was a prefect, because she wanted to be alone, “I’m escaping the likes of everyone in our school.” she had no care for them.

"Doesn't mean you have to do it in here. There is the library. You can also use earplugs."

He just wanted to smoke...

She didn’t get why it even mattered, “Why do you even care?” unless this prefect had skeletons he wasn’t talking about and she asked, “Also do I look like I own earplugs?”

Ariel did have them, but she found them pointless.

Why did he care? "Because you're likely skipping class and I have to reprimand you for it."

Narkissos was itching badly for that cigarette.

Her housemate right now was the reason why she hated this paled, “Do you even know my schedule and for your information I never missed a class.”

Not like he had any clue, Jetson had it coming.

“I’m not skipping any fucking class. The fact you think it’s okay to invade my privacy is weird.”

She swore this guy was a creep. Ariel wasn’t leaving.

Why did she think it was polite to speak to him in such a manner?

"Invasion of privacy? It's my job to make sure students are in line."

She ddn't think she was skipping class. The Slytherin wasn't that stupid.

"It is an invasion when you are lying. I never skipped one."

"I may hate people and school. But I know the importance of my grades."

That was a reasonable enough answer Ariel thought.

Narkissos couldn't get why she had to have such an attitude. Was she unable to go along with what his position dictated?

"Who's your next class?"

All this so nobody would snitch on a much-needed smoke break. Geeze!

“Do you have any clue?”
