Making a rare trek out of Blackrock, Bill was at the bank waiting to talk to some of his goblin advisors and investors about future development plans among Blackrock's shore; he was jubilant about all these new plans he had been proposed over the past few weeks. Seeing someone else in line behind him, he turned slightly to make some small talk.

"Hello! How are you doing?"

Ebba had been going to check on her finances and wanted to look into her grandchildren’s college fund. So when she wasn’t working she floo to Gringotts, and wanted to go look at them. Hoping to make sure that everything was in good standing. Waiting in line she looked around the Wizard bank and was soon interrupted by a voice that caused her to look. She saw it was the famous Aloha Bill, and she gave a smile to the man. “If it isn’t Aloha Bill, I’m doing good just checking on some finances. It’s a surprise to see you this far from Bleakrock.” she smiled. The man was a legend to say the least.

Ebba knew that Aloha Bill did quite well with life, and she said. "Oh if you don't mind are these matters, all about that lovely vacation spot of yours." she said with a smile. A place she had liked to visit with her family and she said with a smile, "The breeze is quite lovely, especially for the season." she said with a reassuring smile. The weather was quite interesting.

He nodded. "Trying to inquire about expanding it some. Lots of parties interested in a space on Blackrock!"

"I've never been quite used to this kind of weather, but it's pleasant."

Ebba knew Blackrock was a hit, and she was glad to see people wanting a spot. "That's amazing, what is coming to the infamous Blackrock?" she asked with a smile. Hoping that it was something good, because she wanted to enjoy herself, and she raised an eyebrow. "I'm guessing you never left the beach life?" she said with a chuckle.

She wished her life could be that, but she enjoyed her crystal balls.

"Some things I can't say, but there are some already in the rumor mill such as expanded dining options, Miss! We want there to be something for everyone who visits."

He nodded. "Hawaii born and raised! I recall some parts getting snow, but I was never on the elevations."
