Hogwarts Opening Feast 2020-2021 (All Hogwarts Students and Staff Welcome)

Nathaniel looked at the time where was the headmistress? The students would he arriving soon he sighed slightly as he looked around the Great Hall everything was set and ready. Now he would have to take charge and welcome them on behalf of the staff and the Headmistress if she didn't show up soon. Nathaniel was dressed in a long black robe with blue and silver trim he had his shoulder length hair pulled back into a neat ponytail taking his seat he knew Hogwarts was ready to welcome the new and old students who will be attending this year's feast. Nathaniel was feeling nervous and excited about the year ahead. He was nervous because this was his first year in such a high position and he was so afraid that he would mess up and end up being fired though he was told countless times by his mother that he would do just fine. He could feel his heart in his chest and he just couldn't sit any more, so he stood up and paced the small walkway behind the staff table.

Harry had found a boy with what seemed to be a Death Eater Mark on him though he thought that he would give the lad the benefit of the doubt and decided to take him to Hogwarts the one place or rather so he he thinks that is the one place that the Death Eater's could not reach the young lad. Arriving just in time for the opening feast himself and another auror brought the lad in between them.

Apollo bit his lip as he was led in to a strange place by the name of Hogwarts. He had no idea what to expect here nor why he was here. All he knew was he spoke this strange language parsletongue and then he was set free from his cell to go to a school a couple countries away. He had on the clothes that he was found in was he dropped off in the streets of a strange town and country. A ripped shirt baggy shirt and jeans with skateboard shoes and a cap over top his long dreads. There was just this itchy black robe thrown over top of it. He had no idea about the man who was leading him him all he knew was his name was Harry.

Harry led the lad to a table, which happened to be the Slytherin table, as he wasn't sure what to do with him. He knew however that he didn't want him to be sorted in front of everyone he would talk to the Headmistress or the deputy Headmaster later about sorting the boy privately. His heart went out to the lad as he knew that the boy had a hard time as he was years behind his classmate and even if he was placed a year or a couple years back from his peers he would still have some catching up to do.

Felix felt an odd presence in the area, mainly an intuition though. He looked around in a subtle manner, just to be safe. In the corner of his eye he saw an older fellow leading a boy to the Slytherin table. This sight reminded Felix of his first year, he got the 'special' treatment. Not getting loudly announced on which table he was sent to, not getting that same applause other first years got.

That memory coming back was one of the last things he needed. Felix decided to push those thoughts aside and silently cheered for the student being put in Slytherin, a silent applause is better than no applause after all. Even then, there was likely a reason that student was put there quietly. The more unsettling presence however, was the man leading the kid. Felix could sense it in his blood, the man was a true born wizard with great power. The thought, while exciting, did unnerve Felix. He didn't feel it would be wise to ask or talk about it, so he pretended to not notice. Felix turned his focus back to his table, and took a sip of his coffee. I wonder what'll happen this year. Felix turns his attention back to the floating candles.

Cernunnos turned his head hearing somebody suddenly step into the hall. It was Harry Potter. "Oh my fucking god..." The Slytherin honestly couldn't believe the sight. Sure, he was friends with Lily, but he hadn't seen her father in person before. It was also quite surreal seeing as how his father was a Voldemort loyalist when the elder was his age. Who the hell was this kid on his back? Was he some hidden Potter kid? He then realized that there was another person who was an auror. That was interesting. He hadn't expected legal shit to go down during the feast.

Suddenly, he found himself to be beside that weird kid the two men had been escorting in here. It didn't help that his mark was burning rather badly which was very unusual. Cernunnos decided to try to ignore it the best he could so none of his housemates would raise an eyebrow.

At first, he had attempted to ignore the other. The kid was some complete stranger after all despite the fact his mark had been burning before his entrance. Cernunnos decided to might as well not give him the verbal silent treatment. "So, who the fuck are you?"

"You sure?" she wondered giving a small laugh. In her opinion, his brain was probably 95% full of corny jokes. Cherry rolled her eyes feeling slightly amused as she didn't expect the feast to be mainly composed of jokes and puns. "Good to know that I'm still pretty smart." She couldn't help but respond with that after hearing the other practically confirm her suspicions.

After hearing Felix's question, Cherry began to think what it was like when she had gone to Ilvermorny. "I'm not really sure about that part. I remember the sorting being like where you stand in front of like totem representations of the respective creatures the house are named after. There's been times where a student had been selected by two houses if my recollections aren't fuzzy. I once heard of somebody being picked by all four houses granted it was about a century ago." She decided to take a small pause as she never really spoke that much in a single breath often. "Anyway, I was chosen by Horned Serpent, which I was able to figure out as the totem representation thing has this crystal in its forehead that glows. It's pretty cool to see it yourself actually. My description doesn't give it much justice."

Cherry watched as Harry Potter had barged in with some other auror and a boy. This definitely wasn't something that happened often at Hogwarts. She honestly couldn't help but feel bad for the boy as this was rather an embarrassing way to be introduced to a new school. As she witnessed him be placed at the Slytherin table being the closest to the door, she began to wonder what might've happened for quite a dramatic entrance.

She looked at Felix trying to have an idea of how exactly he was reacting to that sight; she did hear a few chatters here and there. "That was rather, um, interesting, don't you think so?" Cherry asked in a quiet tone unsure if the staff was going to say anything or not.

Felix thought about her question for a quick moment, then decided he would answer her."If you're talking about what I think you are, then I guess I could give a few thoughts." Felix looked around the table for a second. "I think it is quite peculiar, it reminds me of my first year as well. I can't help but feel bad for the kid, then again maybe the spot light isn't his place. We can also assume the staff will keep it a low profile thing, so we should probably keep quiet about it. Besides, I'm not one to gossip about my peers all too often. Also, that older fellow, he seems powerful magically. I would like to meet him directly at some point, though I have no idea what I'd say. Perhaps I wouldn't need to say anything if we did meet, it all depends on what I expect." Felix stated. He calmed down after that, the thought came into his head that it wasn't too big of a deal at the moment. All of it was something for later, as of right now there were other things that required his attention.

"The ceremony you mentioned by the way, it sounded really pretty." Felix responded to her description of the opening ceremony of Ilvermorny. Even though he said that, he thought it seemed a bit simple. He pushed some more negative views aside with another thought. Why look at simplicity as a bad thing? From what she described, it would likely be a magical experience to kids who were knew to the concept of magic. Even then it could still be a pretty sight even for someone like me. I can't let myself view all of these things as inferior. Felix smiled and looked at the candles again. "Thanks Darling, I think I understand better than if I weren't to ask." Felix said.

Athena walked into the great hall and blushed. She was extremely late and she quickly took her seat at the slytherin table. She looked around in search for hades. Her parents had told her to befriend him because he would one day be her husband. Ahe hated the idea of an arranged marriage. She wanted to follow her own heart. But she had no choice. She turned her head as the sorting ceremony continued and smiled softly to herself.

Kira walked in with tristan and clung to her older sisters hand. She soon parted with her as they went to their own tables. She sat at the hufflepuff table and moved her hair out of her face and smiled at a few of her friends. She didnt like that she wasnt in the same house as her brother or sister. But she did enjoy hufflepuff. They were nice.
Tristan sat at the gryffindor table and put her head down. She didnt have alot of friends so she didnt really have anyone to talk to. This didnt really bother tris as much as it should have. She just didnt really care. All that mattered to her was her family. She smiled softly at her little sister across the hall then focused on the crremony.

The Head of Hogwarts had been smiling watching all of the students catch up after a long summer break. They were quite excited to start the new school year in a joyful way. They could see the nervousness in the first years' faces, but they smiled and nodded at them to try to reassure them everything will be okay. The head remembered being sorted on their first day at Hogwarts; they were rather nervous, but those feelings had evaporated once they had gotten sorted. Since then, things seem to go like a breeze except for exams.

Suddenly, the head heard the doors open spying Harry Potter, an auror, and a very unfamiliar boy. They watched as the chattering got more quiet and more speculative with others wondering what seemed to be going on worryingly. "Students, do not panic!" said the head to try to get their attention. "Do not mind them. I am sure we'll find out why they are here. In the meantime, show your appreciation to Harry for what he has done to make the world a better place."

Lily was sitting at the gryffindor table chatting with her friends when the doors opened and she blushed as red as her hair. Soon she was bombarded with questions about her father and she hid her head in her arms. After about 20 questions, she had had enough, "you know what! He is right there! Ask him yourself!" She shouted her temper getting the best of her. She had the same Weasley temper as her mother and her Uncle Ron. She knew she would hear about this from her father later. But frankly, she didnt care. She just stood there, red in the face as everyone around her stared between her and her dad

Cassiopeia was sitting in her own house table, which was gryffindor table. She was quietly there eating her food. When Harry Potter had came here with some boy and two Aurors. She just didn't say anything or ask anything, it wasn't her business really.

She just continued eating her food there. She rolled her eyes when people kept asking questions from Lily Potter. She knew she doesn't know all the answers too. She didn't say anything just kept eating her food. Cass do be honest wanted to say something but she kept it to herself. She didn't wanna start any drama here now. She just wished everything would go peacefully.

Mckenna walked into the great hall to see a huge comotion going on. Lily Potter was losing it. She didnt know what was going on. She just shook her head and sat down. She had heard a rumor that the opening feast was going to be made into a party. She was wearing a red dress and a pair of black combat boots. She pushed her hair out of her face and looked around the great hall

Gaston was sitting in Gryffindor table. He just wished to have one day where was no drama but lately all his days had it. He rolled his eyes when Lily lost it there. Too be honest he was even annoyed by all these comments what was there about her father but he knows she could have said it nicer way about stop asking these questions. He kept quiet.

She tucked some of her hair behind her ear listening. "I don't think he's even really walked into a school as big as this before. I hope he's able to adjust to this place soon," Cherry said in a soft tone as she looked over to the Slytherin table. She couldn't help but think that the new kid was pretty cute, but she decided to stay quiet about that. "Gossiping is honestly what majority of the students in the school end up doing. They do it mainly based off some girl's bikini wax or some cold sore. Hell, they also gossip about people at the other schools." Cherry heard the other as he commented about Harry Potter. "Considering how he's the Boy Who Lived, I'd say he's pretty powerful."

"It really is. It's much more beautiful than a talking hat on the top of your head that can apparently read minds," she responded with a small laugh. "You're welcome." Cherry honestly didn't mind answering other people's questions; she liked being able to help them expand their knowledge in some way, shape, or form.

Kira turned as she heard an outburst of anger from gtffindor table and sighed as she saw it was lily potter. She didn't know the gtl very well, but she could relate to the stress that girl probably felt she was under. Kira was royalty after all in the werewolf world. She sighed and looked over at he raister before returning he attention to nova and Apollo
