A dip in the pool (open)

Alayna was bored of sitting in the Gryffindor common room so she decided to go for a little swim. She changed her clothes and grabbed a towel before making her way down to the pool. She removed her shirt and shorts to reveal a simple black bikini and stepped into the water. The temperature made her a little hesitant but she eventually submerged her whole body under the water. It actually felt quite nice once she adapted to it. She smiled softly and leaned against the side of the pool just enjoying the water

While not quite the height of luxury overall, Kenzi did have to give Hogwarts something, they had a pool. That was something that a lot of the very nice places Kenzi and her dad had stayed at couldn't say, and it was a luxury that Kenzi was going to take advantage of.

Arriving at the pool, she realized that she wasn't the only person taking advantage of the pool this day, as Alayna, one of the prefects, was there. "So, is this where all the Prefects come to unwind, or just you?" Kenzi asks as she takes off her shirt and skirt to reveal the teal green one piece that matched her hair, that she was wearing beneath.

Dagger had been extremely bored that day and decided he was in the mood to stir the pot a little, when he was walking by the pool room he couldn't help but smirk. Yes he wasn't dressed for the pool but he was dressed to have a little bit of fun. Dagger walked into the pool room and looked at the two girls before him. Dagger in his leather ripped pants, his combat boots and a shirt that showed off some of his chest with his leather jacket. "Well isn't this nice? Some girl time I'm guessing, you girls talking the latest trends and gossip and blah blah blah?" Dagger smirked before taking a seat on one of the chairs by the pool.

Alayna looked up as a girl entered the pool and was about to answer her when someone else came in "hardly. I'm not the type to gossip" she said lying through her teeth before turning to the girl "I come here to unwind. I'm alayna, by the way. Alayna nott" she said to both of them

Kenzi couldn't help but let out an exacerbated sigh as Dagger appeared. He was the exact type of guy to get on her nerves, but Kenzi couldn't use her usual threats of bodily harm since there's a prefect sitting right there. Ignoring him, Kenzi kept her focus on Alayna. "This can be a rather nice spot to unwind, but alas, it is a public spot so anyone can come in a ruin the peace and quite," Kenzi told the other girl.

Dagger rolled his eyes when the Nott girl said she didn't gossip. "Yeah and I'm a virgin, sweetheart if we're telling lies now give me a better one" he simply rolled his eyes. Then the other girl completely ignored him and he chuckled. "Oh I ruin everyone's and anyone's peace and quiet" Dagger teased.

"It can be at times," Alayna said in response to Kenzi. She looked at Dagger with wide eyes at his comment and couldn't help but laugh. "OK you got me. I tend to gossip at times, but I wasn't just now." She rolled her eyes and slid a bit deeper into the water, but her head was still above so she could hear them

Dagger couldn't help but smirk at the dark haired girl's comment about how he was right that she was lying, Dagger knew, he wasn't a complete and utter idiot when it came down to it. "Well gorgeous I knew that but it's okay, if there is any gossip coming out of those beautiful lips make sure it's the good stuff and not the boring stuff" he sent her wink and grinned.

"Well, if you would be quiet, she might give us something good, instead all I hear is you flapping your jaw," Kenzi grunted out, trying to control how much this guy got on her nerves.

She waited a couple second before turning back to Alayna and saying, "Well then, is there anything interesting going on?"

Alayna blushed at daggers words and pushed her wet hair from her face. She couldn't help but laugh at the words she said to Dagger "She does have a point." She said as she winked at him. She thought for a moment of all the gossip she had heard around the castle. "I've heard a few.... Whispers. Apparently, there's a student professor relationship happening in Hogwarts"

Dagger looked at the other girl who spoke to him with such hostility. "Well who knows if it's good it's probably the fake bullshit I hear going around the damn castle, plus rumors are rumors they're never true unless caught in the act" Dagger put in his opinion. Hell there was one going around that he was gay... Like really? He was insulted.

Dagger winked at the girl in the pool before listening to what she had to say unfortunately it sounded fake. He couldn't help but laugh at the rumor. "Oh wow, that one again? I heard that two years ago as well and guess what, it turned out to be another rumor" Dagger really hated gossip especially from annoying people.

Alayna laughed as he brushed off what she had told them "I happen to have an extremely reliable source on the matter. But I can't say who. It's a secret" she said with a sly smirk before lifting her body up a bit to float on the water " do you have anything fun?" She asked looking at Dagger

Dagger couldn't help but chuckle before shaking his head. It was probably a lie, he honestly could careless when it came to the whole gossip party. "Whatever you say sweetheart" Dagger replied. When she asked if there was anything fun he had, he sat back in the chair he was in. "Depends what your definition of fun is?" Dagger smirked.

"Well, it's not actually gossip if there isn't something involved that can be used against someone. You hold back is takes all the stakes out of this," Kenzi comments to Alayna, a devilish smile pulling at her mouth as she tried her best to get more information out of the other girl.

After hearing Dagger most recent comment, Kenzi leans over and stage whispers into Alayna's ear, "Trust me, his idea of fun will definitely end in an unwanted pregnancy."

Dagger saw the Ravenclaw girl whisper something in the Gryffindor's ear, he had to roll his eyes because what were they five? "Are we five now? Playing who can whisper into who's ear first?" Dagger asked being an ass as usual.

Alayna watched as the two bickered and she giggled softly "I'm sure there's ways to have fun that won't land a girl pregnant, Kenzi." She then turned to Dagger " Why don't you tell me your definition of fun. " She looked him over slowly and smirked. He was attractive, that much was obvious

Dagger knew the girl Alayna was definitely flirting and she definitely was a gorgeous female that was for sure, when she asked what his definition of fun was he smirked. "Well there are a lot of things that I consider fun, Miss. Forty year old virgin said one, getting intimate just without the whole baby thing, believe me I am always protected so that doesn't happen. Pranks on staff and students, going swimming nude, making out, going to Hogsmeade, visiting the shrieking shack. You know, fun things" Dagger answered.

"Her definition of fun is acting like she knows people and reading books all day to block out the people who knows she has no friends" Dagger pointed to the Ravenclaw.

Kenzi could only laugh at Dagger's description of her. "Oh honey, just because I don't broadcast my conquests like you don't mean I don't have any. I travel the world during the summer, and let me tell you, international women are amazing," Kenzi revealed with a massive smile.

"Wow, you really don't pay attention to me, do you. For one, I have a significant other, so that's at least one real friend. Secondly, books have all sorts of fascinating information, though I doubt you know the importance of information," Kenzi rebutted with.

Alayna smiled when Dagger listed off things he considered to be fun, "I've always wanted to explore the shrieking shack. But I don't want to go alone." She said blushing a bit because she was supposed to be brave, considering she was a Gryffindor. She rolled her eyes when he insulted Kenzi and watched as the two of them started to bicker "You two are arguing like an old married couple."

Dagger couldn't help but roll his eyes when it came to her talking about how he broadcasts his conquests. "Oh I bet they are amazing, looks like I must travel then to meet all the ladies out there for me to explore" Dagger replied.

When the Ravenclaw talked about how she had a significant other, he sighed. "Yes, your girlfriend, not blind" Dagger sighed before winking at the Gryffindor. "Well I wouldn't mind showing you the shrieking shack some time if you want to?" Dagger would totally show her there.

"I'd rather ask the lord to restore my virginity then be married to her" Dagger clarified.

Kenzi glanced between Dagger and Alayna seeing the looks they were giving each other. She schooled her features to keep a look of disgust from forming on her face. Kenzi turned to Alayna, "You really aren't falling for this are you, cause ick."

"Why would I ever want to have any sort of relationship with someone who puts their dick first. All he's ever going to be is a fuckboi, and that is the worst type of person," Kenzi commented as she started to gather her stuff. The atmosphere in the room was starting to put her off.

"Perhaps we can do it this weekend. It's a hogsmeade weekend." Alayna said as she looked over Dagger slowly, as if inspecting him. She turned to Kenzi and frowned a bit "Now, we can't judge based off appearances. We never know what might happen for someone." She didn't know why she was defending Dagger. She just did.

The Ravenclaw was really annoying him, that much was for sure. "Since when did she need you as a mother or a fairy godmother. Also you're damn right I am all of those things you just said but I own it as much as I can" Dagger exclaimed to the Ravenclaw.

He looked at the Gryffindor in the pool and smirked. "I shall see you then, now if you'd excuse me gorgeous and witch bitch, I am going to go and find some food" Dagger smirked and winked before walking out the door and leaving the two girls alone.
